Heart beating fast, hands gripped into a fists, sweat dripping down his neck. Yosuke was a nervous wreck. In his right hand, he gripped on to two tickets to a L'arc en Ciel concert that was this weekend. Yosuke had won them from a raffle at a local store at the Central Shopping District and Lady Luck was by his side as he was doing the raffle. First place! Two tickets to a L'arc en Ciel concert! How lucky! Waiting behind the wall of the Junes Food Court, Yosuke has saw the person he wanted to ask: Saki Konishi. Saki was someone he had affection for an wanted to know her a bit more. And why not a concert? And it was free nevertheless.

Watching the female bus tables, Yosuke had attempted to ask her but chickened out when he let his decision falter. 'Move it Yosuke! Ask her now damn it!' Taking the first step around the edge, Yosuke made his way to his senpai and slightly trembled in nervousness. "H-hey Saki-senpai. I was wondering if you are free this weekend. I got two tickets to see L'arc en Ciel live so if you are, want to go with me?" Slowly showing her the tickets, Yosuke was already sweating in fear awaiting her final answer to his offer.

'Damn it.... Damn it!' Fists pounded into the pillow as Yosuke tried to vent his frustration. 'Why... why couldn't I save her?' The feeling of being useless and helpless wasn't something this cheery teenager dealt with often. The random guilt trips occur twice in a month or sometimes once a month. The waves of depression hit Yosuke hard, especially when he had no one to turn to. His partner had already moved back to his original hometown so there was really no one to turn to. He couldn't tell the girls because he didn't think they would sympathize. Teddie and Kanji were out of the question because he didn't want them to see him in such a state. All in all, he didn't want to burden his friends.

Biking to school the same morning, Yosuke had already felt like not going to school. But you know, the missus wouldn't allow it. Yosuke played music according to his mood, and today's theme was metal. Emotional lyrics with voices screaming from the depths of his heart. Listening to the ever so famed American band, Bullet for My Valentine, he had felt a bit better. During break, Yosuke chose to not hang out with the group today, to not let them know the emotional state he was. Yosuke decided to hang in the outer courtyard, where there was no one in the perimeter. Sitting against the wall, Yosuke unpaused the song, letting the music play. Mouthing the lyrics to himself, Yosuke looked up to see a familiar face he don't expect to see today. 'Crap. I hope she doesn't notice.'

Biking down the street in a foreign area, Yosuke was humming a catchy tune as his music was on loud to mute out the noise outside. Spotting a crowd and with a red head in sight, Yosuke had wondered what was the commotion about. Steering off to the side and slowing down at the park, he parked his bike at the bike rack. Yosuke had approached the female and was watching her draw on her sketch book. ‘Wow… that’s beautiful…’ He thought to himself. As he saw the red head put down her sketchbook down, Yosuke paused the song and pulled the earphones off his ears and draped it around his neck. “Hey there. I’m Yosuke. Don’t mind me, I’m just biking around this area and I couldn’t help but be drawn in by your beautiful art.” Yosuke’s eyes never left the semi-white pad she had placed to her side. “What are you drawing?”

She will never understand how everyone kept finding her in this spot.. She figured this was a secure area in the park for her to read and work on art.. But.. Seems like there must be a sign close by that said, 'An Artist in her Natural Habitat.'

Nonetheless, Crystal set her things down at her side then got up to great the people around her. “Um.. Hi there, I’m Crystal. Can I.. Help you?”
