Btw, there’s still a problem with quality: as you can see, the projector’s image is flickering, I tried every possible frame rate but never got over it.

I added another projector behind the actress to avoid the main projector projecting the background image on her body. It’s layered physically now! Also I use an ambiance soundtrack to make make it more immersive✌🏻

Just tested my camera 🎥 streaming solution on YTB, it worked! Both video & audio were excellent.

My checklist before D-day.😖

Bought this VJ material from an online store. It’s a mov file containing alpha channel, which allows me to make it a GIF with transparency, for I can only use GIF for the projection.

I occupied a spare classroom for rehearsal & setup, also I recorded the positions of each part to make sure I can have the same appearance and result when it comes to the D-day.

Tracking Project Test

Garrett noticed me that just simply projecting the video of motion-tracking window on my target wall is going to work, after getting rid of the camera’s layer. A very good news to hear, I was depressed about the burden I might have if I have to go TouchDesigner and MadMapper to do the tracking projection. Now much more relieved😮‍💨 Just processing is going to work.

I will dive into it and give it a try after finishing 208’s project and the ENT one. The DDLs are extremely close:(
