First of all, I want to apologize for everyone who has been following this account for my long absence. Tumblr were blocked in my country for some period of time and a lot of things happened in my life. But still that wasn’t enough excuse for me to fully abandon this blog. I’m trully sorry…

And I’m sorry that I’m coming back here today for something that’s not related to Yuri on Ice, but I really need some help from you all. To save a precious fandom that has helped me a lot during my roughest time: Uta no Prince-sama (UtaPri). A franchise that has been going for 12 years, bringing happiness through music.

In need of help...

First of all, I want to apologize for everyone who has been following this account for my long absence. Tumblr were blocked in my country for some period of time and a lot of things happened in my life. I’m trully sorry...

And I’m sorry that I’m coming back here today for something that’s not related to Yuri on Ice, but I really need some help from you all. To save a precious fandom that has helped me a lot during my roughest time: Uta no Prince-sama (UtaPri). A franchise that has been going for 12 years, bringing happiness through music.

On 25th October 2022, KLab has announced the closing of the EN and CN servers of Uta No Prince-Sama: Shining Live, the only localized game of this franchise as well as the most active global media that connect the fandom. The termination notice has affected the UtaPri SL community very heavily. Shining Live has became an important part of our life, it has always been a source of happiness on our darkest days. It’s not just a game. It’s a home for many of us.

Therefore, we refused to just accept all the memories we’ve built there to just go like this without a fight. That’s why we’re starting a petition to merge the CN and EN servers with the main JP server. Integrating our accounts into the server is all we ask for so we could continue enjoying the game there without losing our 5 years of effort. KLab has previously done this with Love Live! SIF, so it is not a decision that they are truly unable to make.

This game is the fruit of our hardwork as well as a bond that brings us together as a community. This is not just something that one or two of us want. Our entire community wants it!
