If you tolerate a lower standard for yourself...

If you tolerate cutting corners when nobody is looking...

If you tolerate toxic relationships...

If you tolerate eating shitty food...

If you tolerate skipping your workouts...

You are accepting a life that is mediocre at best.

Saying "Yes" to counter-productive bullshit is the exact same thing as saying "No" to success.

Until you start making excellence non-negotiable...

You will always struggle.

Yeah, it’s hard at first.

Yes, it’s painful.

Yes, people will not understand.
