Choi Youngjae in Chinese is 崔榮宰. It's actually have no meaning in Chinese, unlike other Korean names in Hanja. 榮 means glory, while 宰 means cut or kill, if it's combined it doesn't make sense. Meanwhile in Korean 'Youngjae' means genius.
