Lanterns, what a light.
It guides us to a safe path,
Where souls see, follows.
Hm, interesting lanterns,
Calligraphy and colors
Weird styles and shapes
Are they clear or are they art
No one knows, it's light

Westerner dolls versus Japanese dolls. Throughout the whole tour around Japan, there is dolls that are made for girls to play, decorate, befriend. The difference between Japanese dolls and western dolls is that Japanese dolls are mostly aimed toward nobles while western dolls are for everyone, even guys. The western dolls are getting more attention through collaboration with anime where these dolls can dress up as anime characters. Japanese dolls are for noble daughters that plays family representing her own family, but not all Japanese dolls are play toys. Some of these dolls are just beautiful decorations for furniture. With the influence of the colonization of westerners, what's the meaning of old Japanese dolls now?

Quite an architectural tour! Feels like home. Now, questioning how this architecture design is different from Chinese architecture, the floors are matted with straws and wood while in china the floors are mostly made with smooth marble stones. Yes both have tiled roofing system to control the water, geometric rooms, and condensed, small, space. Though Japanese homes have beautiful small sliding doors system and secret small doors that can lead to another level or nowhere. The scenic route is very important once you walk through the hallways you would definitely see the huge glass wall or doors or windows that display nature or just a simple controlled yard. Even though it is tiring and sweaty, every part feels calming as it works with nature's flow.

Zukan Ginza Museum! Similar to the zoo experience, this is using technology to project animals on screen which is different than a zoo because it doesn't trap live animals. An interactive museum where you observe animals on screen, waiting to approach and record animals that hides and appears. Similar to pokemon, these Geostones are the technology to record and inform you about the different animals. These animals will behave based on our motions, such as if we step too close to the screen, the motion sensor will makes the animals get scared and run away. This ties into the soul of nature with technology when animations tie into motion sensories. Quite an interesting zoo technology interactive media.

Disneyland is smaller than U. S. Why is there Disneyland in Tokyo? Disneyland is actually the reason why Japan is what is it today with technology and animations and modern contemporary art. With the huge influence of Western technology onto Japan, Japan learned to use the knowledge and turn into Japanese-ness originality with nature and entertainment. Even though most rides are dubbed in Japanese, there are many subtitles and or using original English dubbed lines. Interestingly, many rides that are very American, such as the Pirate or the Carribean and Jungle Cruise are not as popular in Japan than in U.S. because it's a very foreign show so the lines for those rides are shorter. Big Hero 6 is vastly known in Disneyland as it is about Japan and heavily consumed. Although every single animatronics in each ride look realistic and repetitive that it is scary. Reminds you of the movie "Night of the Museum" with the wax figures anyone?

Art Aquarium Museum. Are these fish just going to be captivated forever for art's sake? The beauty in these fishes working with art, feeling the flow of nature of water, they are fed a lot, but do they love their captivated life in a crowded tank or being alone in their own tank?
Masks that are lined up across the wall, questioning has it been worn by people or is it just for show to scare or tell culture? Is these authentic masks just the same as all other masks made?

Make your own Aquarium! Didn't make my own aquarium, but I have seen many cute tiny aquarium made in a lab with many beautiful bonsai trees and flower arrangements in many artistic ways. These aren't just for fishes, it can also be for little creatues such as reptiles. Or it can just be a decoration without any animals living inside of it. A view to nature.

Threw a Shurikan (ninja star) at the Samurai Ninja Museum! I suck with aim but I can still pack a throw! Ninjas are shinobis that works for samurais. They have the knowledge of poisen and medicine and are assassins. Usually ninjas work during the night. During the days they disguise themselves as farmers hence no one will question why they know so much about poison and medicine when they are in disguise during the daytime.

Fufunoyu Onsen in Kyoto! Seriously the welcoming and exiting the train into the onsen is awestruckingly beautiful and quiet. Onsen is open air hot bath or hot springs that relieve stress and release toxins from your body. There is also a sauna that makes you sweat to release a lot of sweat and fat helping with your lungs and body digestion. It is worth every penny to feel calm and relaxed! During the night time, it is so beautiful with lit lantern with quiet trains that isn't as bustling as city trains. Onsens is about reflection in the body, helping with both the mental and physical stress your body has taken, releasing the pain and suffering. Wish I could live here in Kyoto just to go to onsens.

Samurai Ninja Museum! Samurai are known to be noble warriors during when Shogun are in Power which is more powerful than the Emperor. There are no proof of when or how Samurai started, but it is known for when the last sons who couldn't inherit the family fortune and move to the countryside with locals protecting them. Young boys at age 12 are also employed to go to war and to hide that they are young boys wear masks with bushy mustache made with horse hair to confuse the enemy. Armors are for protection against blades, not arrows and guns. It is also more mobility, hence it is why the armor are lighter than European armor. Each Japanese armor weighs 50 pounds while the European one weigh 90 pounds. The more new and intricate the designs are, the more expensive the armor are and which it takes longer to hand make. Katana are backup swords after when guns, arrows, and spears are rendered useless. It is also used to commit sepoku which is committing suicide by slicing open the stomach if ever they betray their master and or emperor. Why the stomach? Its to open the "true self" to show sincerity and apology.
