I think I grew up in a way where there was this idea that you shouldn’t celebrate. “Don’t celebrate because it all might just fall apart anyway.” Or “Don’t celebrate because something better will come and that’ll be the thing you’ll celebrate.” Of course, that just leads to death [laughs]. Greta knows how to celebrate. She is so enthusiastic and engages so much with the present that it helps me kind of appreciate what’s going on in a way. I haven’t always been good at enjoying everything, but I think I enjoy more now because of her.

Thank You all for coming out last night. The local film makers event was a huge success. Filling eyesore in the seats, on the floor and in the hallway. We will definitely do this again. Many of these young and early film makers will return with us I'm sure as well as you will see them everyone soon because they all blew our minds. Except a bigger break down and thanks to each artist in next week's Riot at the movies YouTube video. havent been on tumblr in a bit. i want to start documenting and journalling more of what  i do day-to-day week-to-week. something like that. havent figured out the way i want to do it yet or the best way to do it but that will come later hopefully.

learned the latin phrase sui generis, which i was previously unfamiliar with. Means "of its/his/her/their own kind", "in a class by itself", therefore "unique". A number of disciplines use the term to refer to unique entities.
