Немного воздушных #cupcakes 🧁 INGREDIENTS • Cake flour - 135g • Baking powder - 6g • Salt - 1g • Batter - 100g • Sugar - 120g • 2 Eggs • Plain yogurt - 45g • Milk - 52g • Vanilla GLAZE • Powdered sugar - 1 cup - 130g • Milk - 2 1/2 tbs • Vanilla • Sprinkles Butter, egg, yogurt and milk must be room temperature 1. Combine the cake flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl then whisk together and set aside 2. Prepare eggs at room temperature then beat it lightly 3. Cream the butter then add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add 1/4 eggs at a time and mix well for at least 20 seconds each time 4. Sift next 1/3 dry ingredients and mix well then add 1/3 of the milk. Repeat with the remaining ingredients 5. Add vanilla and mix well 6. Fill about 2/3 of paper cups with a scoop 7. Bake at 170C for 22-24 minutes 8. Combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and mix 9. Повезло, что первый раз не вышел комом 🥳 #macarons INGREDIENTS • Powdered sugar - 1 3/4 cups - 210g • Almond flour - 1 cup - 95g • Salt - 1 tsp • Egg whites - 3 • Sugar - 1/4 cup - 50g • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp • Food coloring VANILLA BUTTERCREAM • Butter - 1 cup - 230g • Powdered sugar - 3 cups - 360g • Vanilla - 1 tsp • Heavy cream - 3 tbsp Butter, egg - room temperature 1. Combine the powdered sugar, almond flour, and 1/2 tsp of salt in a food processor, and process on low speed, until extra fine. Sift into a large bowl 2. Add 1/2 tsp of salt in the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks gradually add the sugar 3. Add the vanilla and food coloring and beat until just combined 4. Add about 1/3 of the sifted almond flour mixture at a time to the beaten egg whites and use a spatula to gently fold until combined. After the last addition continue to fold slowly until you can make a figure 8 while holding the spatula up. 5. Transfer the macaron batter into a piping bag fitted with a round tip 6. Pipe the macarons onto the parchment paper in 1 1/2 inch (3 cm) circles 7. Tap the baking sheet on a flat surface 5 times to release any air bubbles 8. Let the macarons sit at room temperature for 1 hour, until dry to the touch 9. Preheat the oven to 150C 10. Bake the macarons for 17 minutes, until the feet are well-risen and the macarons don’t stick to the parchment paper. Let them cool for 15 or 30 minutes 11. In a large bowl, add the butter and beat for 1 minute until light and fluffy. Sift in the powdered sugar and beat until fully incorporated. Add the vanilla and beat to combine. Add the cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, and beat to combine, until desired consistency is reached 12. Transfer the buttercream to a piping bag fitted with a round tip 13. Add a dollop of buttercream to one macaron shell. Cream the butter, add powdered sugar and salt and beat until smooth 2. Add the vanilla and divide the eggs into 2 batches and mix 3. Sift the flour and baking powder then mix with spatula until combined 4. Put a little bit of dough on another bowl, add red food coloring and mix. Put the red dough on the paper, cover on another paper sheet then spread it out in a wide square 5. Take another a little bit of dough, add green pigment and mix. Roll it long on the paper sheet then cover it 6. Make the remaining dough into a cylindrical shape, roll it with paper. Put all parts in the freezer for 1 hour 7. Dig the upper and bottom center of the cylindrical white dough with a V using knife. Wrap it with red dough and form the top and bottom notches into even indentations 8. Put green dough on top to make leaf shape then wrap all of it in paper and freeze for about 30 minutes 9. Preheat oven to 160C. Cut the cookies then put them on the oven pan and put chocolate chips in the apple seed position 10. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch in a bowl then whisk together and set aside 2. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy then beat in the egg, vanilla. Add the sour cream and mix until combined 3. Add the dry mixture to the wet and mix on low until just combined. Shape dough into a disk then cover in plastic and chill for an hour. 4. Preheat oven to 190C. Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch then use a 2 1/2 or 3 inch circular cookie cutter to cut the cookies. Bake at 190C for 8-9 minutes or until the cookies are just turning color on the bottom edge 5. Cream the butter then mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla. Drizzle in the milk while mixing on low then increase speed to high and beat until smooth. Drop food dye at a time until desired color is reached 6.
