I always find plantpeople by going into the forest and walking deeper and deeper. Past the lake, around where the wolf cave is. If you’re on good terms with the wolves, I recommend stepping into the wolf cave any time you see the hunting warning. Then go back out and search nearby. You’ll find them eventually! I actually love them so I go see them a lot. ;_;
