Nope and it’s been a year or close to it. I honestly forgot all about it. And I did nothing to protect against it. She can’t actually curse anyone with her ‘god’s curse’ The ‘curse’ by itself is too weak, she doesn’t have enough ‘oomph’ to give it power, and no entity, especially one called a god, would ever support it

A friend of mine from around here who is Very Christian and has never had a Jewish friend before was asking me some stuff about antisemitism today, and it made me realize that the ways people talk about various types of bigotry and racism are so designed to stump people about the nature and purpose of systems of oppression. "Why do people hate the jews so much?" is such a common refrain and while there have been many books and articles written pulling apart all the important contextual and historical things that can help people understand antisemitism SPECIFICALLY, what I ended up saying to my friend was this:

"Something to understand about antisemitism is it isnt just ideological. The expulsion of jews from various countries was very often a method of "legally" seizing their wealth when the church needed money. It has been historically an incredibly convenient source of both a group of people to blame and also an easy way to just... Be able to steal from people, lmao. It has served very concrete material purposes for churches and governments throughout history. Sometimes you have to approach asking those questions from a different angle because it often isnt about the hatred so much as it is about ... Redirecting energy and attention, right, like upholding structures that benefit those in power. The hatred is convenient because it allows those in power to take actions that would not be tolerated if the group in question were not considered to be Exceptional in their inhumanity. Like the undocumented immigrants now, asking "why do they hate the immigrants so much" isnt always a productive avenue of thought because the hatred is usually just... Useful. Rather it is more helpful to ask "Who does it benefit for these people to be treated this way" -> "what do they need to make the general public believe about that group of people in order to justify this treatment". I think sometimes we are made to think hatred of jews is special and rooted in something different than other hatred... It's not. I mean all types of racism etc are unique. But it very much is about justifying actions that benefit a ruling class in all instances, imo."

And she like totally got it!!! She was like "OH I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT LIKE THAT BUT THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE THANK YOU" I am very proud of myself lol :')

They think I have late stage Addison’s disease.

I have more testing I have to do.

I’m without words. This is terrifying.

I can’t even let myself grieve or relax because I don’t even have enough money to be diagnosed properly OR treated.

I read a few of the notes and it's funny how everyone defending trump has no real evidence for trump being good and instead tries to make everyone else look bad.

This particular reply caught my eye and I felt like tearing it apart.

They start out by saying we need to understand what trump has done for our country and I agree. He ignored covid-19 until he was forced to accept it. And a lot of people died. He chose to be ignorant and accused his enemies of faking the virus to make him look bad. He chose to do nothing. (Of course that's not everything but that's enough for now)

And I really gotta question what America stands for. If you say freedom, then why are we not even close to top of the list of the countries with the most freedom? That's not the only thing but I don't feel like going further into it.

Trump supposedly did what we needed and says what we're all thinking but you can tell by the state of our country that none of that is true. If he was actually doing what we needed or said what we thought, we'd all be praising him, not booing him off the stage.

Your problem with us is not that we are weak minded. It's because we're strong enough to realize we need to fight back. Our eyes are wide open. And you want to make us look weak so you don't have to accept that you're the one with closed eyes.

Last year, I attended a tailgate party that so happened to be hosted by the men’s and women’s lacrosse team. I was wearing a tighter black dress with cute sneakers and a baseball cap to dress it down. Not that what I was wearing even mattered. Not even 10 minutes into this party, and my friend and I are on the lawn of this party talking to people when I feel hands around my waist and my dress completed lifted up to my waist. Mortified, I turned around and about a dozen of the lacrosse boys are sitting on a couch they brought outside cracking up.

Witches and Dominant Elements

In my family, Earth-dominant witches walk barefoot on soil when they are sick. The earth absorbs their illness. Those who live in the city use gardening as an alternative.

FIRE-DOMINANTS

Rituals performed when you have a fever should prove highly effective, because the Fire inside you is more active. Pyromancy would be easier for you to master than for other people. Casting spells that involve flames would come naturally to you. Always have a candle lit, to connect you to your element.

According to our journals, Fire-dominant witches who dwell near the equator will always be stronger than those who live away from it. Because they are closer to the Sun, the cosmic form of their element.
