I don't make posts like this a lot but I gotta say that the pacing of Common Side Effects is really refreshing, it could easily just stumble around blindly avoiding the main conflict and prolonging individual threats, topics, ect., for as long as possible to stall for runtime and yet it doesn't. The things that happen in the show (not gonna give details because y'know, spoilers) are spontaneous, but in a way that feels believable and not suffocating.

Look at their history, listen to their words, and ask yourself, "How is this benefiting them?"

So many people said they voted for Trump, put a truly evil person in power, because he said he'd fix the economy, and a little voice in my head is going, "Isn't that what happened with fucking Hitler??"
