The is a German A7V Tank ( Chassis number: 542) named Elfriede. This photo, AWM E02368, was taken on May 26 1918 after the Elfriede was salvaged by the French at Saleux, near Villers-Bretonneux. It was abandoned by the Germans on Apr 24 1918.
