Lost a bunch of weight and kept it off for several months. Few weeks ago, saw some ppl who last saw me when I was bigger. Gave me lots of compliments. End up gaining the weight back after all the compliments…

I’ll give it til June/July. If there’s still no good results or things are still stagnant, time to try something else. Not as young as I used to be. No time to keep wasting. I need results

I think that lots of Nigerian parents have generalized anxiety disorder and/or PTSD…

This is my second time in the past month having an anxiety/panic attack. Scary bc it was hard to breath. Mentally not doing too great lately 🫠

Just told someone to pls close their mouth when they chew and was told “that’s a European way of thinking”????????? Like no, who wants to hear anyone chomping on their food? That’s gross. Close your mouth. it’s not that hard. I was really getting frustrated bc I hate the noise and it’s super gross and the noise kept going on and on.

I had to delete Instagram off of my phone. Seeing so many of the people I went to school with getting married and having families is so hard for me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy for them still. Don’t want to be ungrateful for what I have by seeing what I don’t have.
