Taking a quick look at the "Before" and "After" pictures above, I detect a well-executed rhinoplasty. Mila's nose is more bulbous in the first picture, whereas in the latter picture, it fits in perfect harmony with the rest of her gorgeous features. 

Although she claims she's had nothing done, it doesn't matter to me either way. I have such a girl crush on her, and I'd totally go lesbian for Mila Kunis.

This was confirmed during a Korean game show, with Hyori Lee as a guest star. The show host told Hyori to give him her best pig impression and demonstrated by wrinkling his nose. Hyori then told the host that she couldn't do that because of her nose job...oops!

Marilyn Monroe's Surgeries Revealed In New Memoir

In his new memoir "Are Those Real?", noted Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Norman Leaf reveals Marilyn Monroe's plastic surgery alterations, which had been kept secret for many years. Although he had never operated on Monroe, Dr. Norman Leaf inherited her surgical chart from his former partner, Michael Gurdin. 

An Allure.com blog has this to say about the memoir:

Though Monroe was never his patient, Leaf inherited her surgical chart from his former partner, Michael Gurdin, a prominent plastic surgeon in Hollywood after World War II. The first entry in the chart is July 14, 1958. In handwritten notes, says Leaf, Gurdin details Monroe’s 1950 chin implant surgery. Eight years later, the collagen implant had absorbed and all that remained was a tiny scar under Monroe’s chin.There was no notation about the star’s earlier nose job, but Leaf writes, “Gurdin had told me several times that he and [associate John] Pangman had also performed a tip rhinoplasty on her”—in other words, reshaping the soft cartilage.

It was also rumored that Marilyn Monroe had her jawline reshaped to be less boxy and more aesthetically pleasing. Her breasts and the shape of her eyes, however, are said to be all-natural.

Interesting that the most famous sex symbol in the history of American film had extensive work done on her face to get to where she is today. And since plastic surgery has become the norm rather than the exception in Hollywood, what hope is there for us normals?!

Keira Knightley: Surgically Altered Beauty?

Keira Knightley has come a long way from her rule as spunky Jules Paxton in Bend It Like Beckham — she now has a blossoming career in fashion, modeling for luxury brands such as Chanel, Asprey, and Shiatzy Chen.

However, is this English rose's beauty the result of excellent genes or an excellent plastic surgeon? 

According to Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California: “Keira Knightley appears to have had rhinoplasty, as current photos show her nose to appear a bit smaller than it did in earlier photos. Her tip looks smaller, and her nasal bones look like they were brought in resulting in a narrower bridge. Overall, Keira looks very natural, and her nose does not appear overdone at all.”

Rumor also has it that the 26 year-old beauty has had lip injections to supplement the size of her upper lip, which Keira vehemently denies. 

In any case, Keira's beauty treatments seem to have paid off; in 2008, Forbes claimed Knightley to be the second highest paid actress in Hollywood, having reportedly earned $32 million in 2007.

Christina Hendricks' Boobs: Real or Plastic?

Thanks to Christina Hendricks' voluptuous bod on Mad Men, plastic surgeons in the UK have been inundated with requests for larger breast implants. Interestingly enough, Ms. Hendricks has always insisted to media outlets that her famous boobage is 100% au naturel. However, is that really the end of the story? Here at "WTF Plastic Surgery," we believe that a healthy dose of cynicism is indispensable when it comes to an A-list celeb's changing appearance.

Which leads into my main argument: the "Before" picture above was taken in 1999 for a spread in Playboy, and you can clearly see for yourself that Christina has rather modest breasts. I'd say that they're literally 1/4th of the size they are today. On the other hand, Christina's physique in the "Before" photo is much more slender than her current va-va-voom bod.

The trump card, however, is that Christina's breasts in the "After" picture have an unusually raised profile and an odd boxy shape, which is actually typical of recipients of breast implants. Also, I don't know about you, but when I gain weight, it goes to my stomach, my thighs, and my arms...basically everywhere but my boobs! Yet the bulk of Christina's weight gain goes directly to her breasts, while her arms and waist are much slimmer.

So, is Christina Hendricks' notorious hourglass physique surgically enhanced? I'd put money on it. But it is undeniable that girlfriend looks like a freaking Greek goddess, and if Christina Hendricks' curvy physique makes fuller women feel good about their bodies, everybody wins.
