I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who has trouble remembering developmental milestones. I put these together, but can’t take credit for any of the photography. Hope someone finds them helpful!

Every good series deserves to have an episode with the "we all have to dress up formal to go to (and/or infiltrate) a fancy event or party, but shit hits the fan and oh no, we have to fight monsters/aliens/the undead/assassins/etc., while dressed in black tie and with only whatever weapons we could manage to sneak in on our persons, also look extremely hot while doing it" trope

Tips for fight scenes
If you get punched in the nose your eyes will water, a lot, even if it didn’t really hurt
Your body follows your head, your head gets pushed one way and your body will want to go that way
Getting hit in the stomach isn’t good, it hurts, getting hit in the diaphragm is worse. Causes your lungs to kinda spasm and make it hard to breathe (diaphragm is between stomach and chest)
When fighting a larger person they will have an easier time forcing you back
The jaw is the knockout button. Hit it hard enough and down for the count
Back of the head is very vulnerable, can cause serious damage if hit there
Kidney punches. They hurt. A lot.
People with experience will try to be where they are comfortable. A wrestler will try to get their opponent on the ground, a boxer will stay on their feet, etc.
Easiest counter to a kick is to get closer to whoever is throwing it, then they won’t have enough room for it to be effective
If you want realism, avoid fancy, flashy moves. They’re less practical and easier to counter.

the three reincarnations I know of that Lucas turns into: 1, Lucas. He was originally a man named Logan. Lived for 7,235 years.
2, Ian. Ian’s fiercely loyal, and ends up becoming a shadow knight. Lot more reckless than Lucas, and called himself Lucas’ son because everyone seemed to think they’d act the same and that was not the case.
3, Ink. Ink is the first female reincarnation. She’s very similar in appearance to Ian, and calls herself his sister, again to avoid confusion. She’s closer to Lucas personality wise, but she’s also utterly ruthless and runs by kill first, ask questions later. The golden eyes have been a constant so far, although Ink and Ian’s hair are both black, and Ink is dark skinned.

You know what bugs me about soulmate aus? So, I’m assuming that this whole “the first thing your soulmate says to you blahblahblah” is a worldwide thing. So many of the aus I’ve read have a quote at some point that addresses how tragic it is when people have soul words that say something like “hi” or “‘sup” which makes NO SENSE! In a world where the first thing you say to people is THAT important, WHY GOD WHY would the culture still use standard greetings? Who the fuck is still saying hello at this point? Everyone in these worlds would surely develop a personalized greeting different from everybody else’s to prevent confusion. Like how no 2 racehorses can have the same racing name? The best part is that every time people met someone new for the first time, they would try to say something that no one else had said. You’d have people meeting eachother at a job intetview, they’d shake hands, smile politely, then one of them would be like “Every Tuesday, I hard even grape purple farm house sunsets too” and this would be perfectly normal. Or you’d go up to the cash register at Starbucks and instead of saying “Hello, what can i get for you today?” She’d look you right in the eye and say “I don’t know what Space Jam is” THEN ask you what you want and she’d repeat that to every customer in the line for the rest of her career. And because they live in the AU, nobody would think it was weird.
