Oxventure play things very light-hearted, which I do like!

BUT there is something about this doomed romance that I think about late at night. If they all let their real acting chops fly, how could this have felt? Real, tense conversations between Dob and the guild and his fiance.

How to unpack the fact the woman they all decided would ruin his life was undoubtedly the one who was destroyed and humiliated, arguably for the second time in her life by the same people.

And then they ran away. Never confirming they were even in the right. Never really confronting the fact that Dob was about to marry someone with someone else in mind, and what that means for arguably the most morally vocal person in the guild.

Anyway, here's an illustration to try put all my feelings about this arc into something that makes sense.

I can't believe I missed the ten year anniversary of the Blackrock Chronicles a year ago and I’m still devastated over it I blame covid FR. The Keykeeper

● Like Donato, Marcille's doppelganger, she's called upon to prevent guests from entering unsafe territory

● Very cunning and agile (by monster standards), it is difficult to catch her, and impossible to persuade her

● Created according to Chilchuck's perception of his wife as the keeper of the hearth and the one who doesn't want to let him go to meet danger

Well, times being what they are, I'm gonna have to open up a bunch more slots. My wife still hasn't gotten paid for her new job, and has been out of work for a few months at this point due to a bunch of shit out of our control. I'm way beyond the bottom of the barrel of money and savings, we don't have much for food, got nothing for rent and car payments, and phones.

Fortunately, I can do art. Lots of it. I can do it pretty fast too! I specialize in character art especially for D&D but there's really not much I wont draw at this point so hit me up. Not safe for work, furry, some mech/robotic, armor, ect. Anything tbh.

1 is Lose Your Head by Vane Lily! Though going with 69 would’ve been funny, the whole reason Lose Your Head got number 1 on my list this year is bc of the elaborate and fully realised Devo amv that I imagine in my head every time I listen to it, so I couldn’t pass that up LOL 🫡

I actually started this sketch based on this same song/the amv in my head a few months back, so I figured this was a good excuse to polish it up a bit 🙏
