With the rise of remote culture, employers are either forcing people to come into the office to “boost productivity” (aka make the office space rent worth it) or trying to be the “cool dad” employer by letting employees work from wherever.
Neither of these acknowledges that the best work happens at work, when no one is actually working. It’s at the water cooler, on the coffee run, during the smoke break, in slack dms littered with tik tok. It’s not about being in person or online. It’s about having space for people to exist without the expectation of performing. A dream “work space”.

Waiting for the party interviews.
What you’re wearing feels played out but could be fun to do a “work attire” series about what people are wearing.

promo 2: mad men style ad. 3 femmes walking starts at feet and camera moves up. Follows them walking down a hall pasts filled work desks. It looks like they’re going into an office/other room and the door opens right as it flashes “office party” to reveal a wild party.
