edward art's "pharaoh/king" meditation

here goes another meditation of edward's spiritual series emphasising the importance of feeling. again, another meditation represents another way of practicing the feeling. in this meditation, you embody and feel yourself to be the pharaoh, the king and the creator of your reality.

steps

1 ⋮ lay down, and relax. any stresses in the body, release them with ease. breathe and release. if you have pains in your chest, gut or feeling tightness, just relax.

2 ⋮ close your eyes and imagine to the best of your ability, it does not have to be perfect: see yourself first person sitting on a throne. now imagine someone feeding you grapes. see someone massaging your feet. hear someone tell you it is an honor for them to serve you. hear them call you, “your grace.” say, “no” to something and let it be a “no.” FEEL the power of your words and the power of your presence. FEEL the calmness and intensity of being the highest. now, switch over to being pharaoh. to the best of your ability, see yourself (first person) on top of the pyramids. you are the head of this land. see the sand, the sun, see what you own. you are the highest ruler on earth. you are divine. FEEL the power of being on the highest rank. everything you say, goes. it becomes. all work for your desires being fulfilled. FEEL the calmness of abundance. FEEL majestic. FEEL like a loving pharaoh and all the people love you. even though you are pharaoh you do not have to treat anyone as though they are less. you don’t have to put anyone down because you KNOW you are pharaoh. others just by your presence are inspired. your very presence sparks light of faith into the minds of men and women. you do not have to fear. your enemies turn into joyous followers when they enter your presence. you have no enemies. if you want something, you get it. no questions asked. you are the highest. you do not feel fear, but intense confidence in every word you speak. FEEL the deepness, the stillness and strength in your breath. since you feel no fear, you speak with the highest authority. no insecurities reside in you. there is no need for insecurity, for you are abundant in everything. you fear nothing. fear fears you. evil fears you. you uphold the highest form of love to all of humanity. you do not waste time condemning but you uplift yourself. condemning, fear, guilt is for the unenlightened mind. you are far beyond and you see how this is your dream. you can dream the dream to your heart's desire and it must happen. you know there is one greater than you inside of you. the CREATOR of all, the DREAMER. you worship this CREATOR, the mind. you only put into it ALL that is loving, ALL that is the highest, ALL that is noble, ALL that is magnificent, and you only attach the highest of words to “I AM.” you worship the CREATOR and the CREATOR blesses you. you reply with gratitude and more worship. this relationship is the greatest of all relationships.

3 ⋮ focus intensely on this FEELING. FEEL that and do not allow the lowly feelings of fear trying to hold you down from your magnificence. if you are not willing to FEEL to an ever increasing degree of intensity of magnificence, then why do you even have a mind? you can do anything with your mind, then why not do anything? the dreamer is inside, let him dream, and dance a new song into existence. worship the one within, and in return it worships you. condemn it, and it condemns you. there is only one.

4 ⋮ this meditation is not just a simple "meditation." this is to actually change how you see yourself. it is to rework the clay (your mind) and shape to what you want. this meditation taught me how much i hinder myself in my mind. how much i chose my own prison instead of my exaltation. it also showed me that (fantasy) can spark creativity and the FEELING i want. this showed me how much i can actually have within. it taught me to say the words, "why not imagine this?" and gave me the confidence to imagine what i want. you can be royalty in your mind. you do have what you want in your mind. if it does not change your feeling then you are convinced you don't have it. the ONLY times i have ever changed reality and myself is when i actually do whatsoever i WANT in my mind. when i free myself, my whole feeling changes and as neville says: "a change in feeling is a change in destiny."

hello ada! i have a question for you that i am having a very difficult time phrasing, so i am hoping that i can make sense! also, i am reading lester levenson's book from your google drive, so if this is addressed at some point in the book and you'd prefer to point me there, that is also wonderful. thank you so much for your time!

we are all awareness / we all are, and we are the observers. every mind/body has different preferences - mine right now are playing music, pink, nature, whatever, and someone else might be very interested in microbiology and purple haha, very vague examples. how did we choose what we would become passionate about? are the desires i have just a creation of the ego, or are they MY desires, or the "I Am" of me that desires, and not the ego? I rather like my desires and love the body/mind i've occupied dearly, because they tell me what i'd like to create, what i'd like to experience, and show me my limitless nature. but i am feeling a little empty knowing that there are infinite ways i could express myself and worry i'm supposed to abandon my preferences. are my specific desires (music, pink) the ones i should be following because i love them, when i know another awareness could want to be following biology and purple? does this make ANY sense at all? lol i'm having such a hard time phrasing it!

here are the point notes i tried to phrase it as lol:

there are infinite expressions of awareness, and right now i am aware of a body/mind that has her own specific desires and loves in life (for example, she loves music more than anything, and would rather die than be a marine biologist; she loves all things pink and soft and really doesn't care for the colour purple - all of these different desires). if i am just infinite awareness, how did i get all of her specific desires and not another set of desires?

i really like being her and expressing my infinite oneness as her, but i know there are infinite experiences. right now i really like diving into her preferences... but how do i not feel lonely knowing that her desires don't really matter? or DO they matter, because she is one expression of this beautiful creation that i get to experience, and i'm choosing to funnel my creation experience through her? or are they MY desires (the self/iam) and I, being the infinite creator, am choosing to experience and create the reality that she loves out of my own choice?

i KNOW that i am limitless and create everything and will continue to be so. my problem is that i feel confused about how i became aware of this particular body/mind and why i have these particular desires instead of another set of desires.

is it because i am an infinite being who could experience every all at once, but i am choosing to be excited about these certain set of passions to be expansive and explore creation?

does this make any sense at all? hahaha, it's kinda intense, but i hope it makes sense! so much love to you, thank you for being such an amazing resource for all of us and for your incredible insights <3

This is very long, so I will touch on a few points that answer all the overthinking.

• Your passions, interests, likes or dislikes - they are the way they are because of circumstances and environment. They don't belong to "you", but to the ego. As awareness, you have no preference toward anything.

• You are choosing "her" because you love her, nothing stops you from being her if you don't want to. This is a very big misunderstanding, identifying with your infinite being doesn't mean the body, your world expression, disappears. It only means you now get a choice. And freedom in everything. You won't stop loving "her" or stop caring about her interests, but love her even more because it is not something that is forced onto you but something you are choosing to recreate and express.

• Everything you desire or fear is due to who you think you are.

• You never lose your individuality, you will always be you no matter what body you have on you.

And now for a conclusion, as infinite being - you can pick the character and the world you want to create. The difference is, you now know you are not them, that you get to change anything any time you wish. The love only deepens, it expands, as it does when it is totally unconditional :)

Imagination = reality

If you’re not able to view your imagination as reality or truth, then why don’t you try viewing your “reality”(3D) as imagination.

What if reality was as malleable as your imagination(It is 😱😱). Since your reality is “imaginary” no situation can ever be that serious, you can play with any situation and always change it to your liking. You have full control over everything outside of you the same way you have full control over a visualisation in your mind. For example if you want to see shoes in your imagination, you’ll be able to see them in less than a second. And since “reality” is no different than imagination, you can see those shoes here too in an instant if you want to.

And if you read that and now you’re like “no?? Obviously not, it doesn’t work (instantly) like that” you are the problem. If you think that it won’t work then it will simply not work. Because you’re god and your thoughts and opinions create. In this case you’re creating negative stuff for yourself.

When you want to imagine a rock nothing in your mind is going to be like “OOOHGHHGG NOOO WAY THEY CAN ABSOLUTELY NOT HAVE THAT! NEVER! WE WONT LET THEM VISUALISE THE ROCK!! ONLY IN A MONTH” Noo, you can always imagine anything you want and nothing is able to block your imagination. The same way nothing is able to block your manifestation in 3D reality either. You guys say: it takes time until i get it, it takes subliminals and methods. But the only thing it takes is a simple intention. Once you want/desire something it is yours completely and absolutely instantly. The fact that you don’t believe that it’s yours is the “blockage”, it’s you blocking yourself for no reason! YOU are more powerful than time. YOU are more powerful than any subliminal and YOU don’t need to do complicated methods to manifest. You always have everything you want with just an intention.

Live your life knowing that it’s YOUR life, everything here is for you and waiting to be discovered by you. You get everything you want instantly because you are the operant power. Of course you get it instantly?
