Ignoring the new name and everything but writing fics, writing anything, on your period is like the most horrible experience ever. Like, I have all of these ideas in my head but the pain is blocking all of them from exiting my body!

I've gotten to that point in Under The Same Moon where I'm trying to build the romantic tension but I can't do that without making their feelings obvious!!! It's so stressful when I'm so invested in something that I literally don't have to do!

I have to say it, I'm so unbelievably proud of 'Under the Same Moon' at the moment, and I think that it's really a turning point for my fanfic writing. I'm at over 30,000 words now, and I'm writing Chapter 12 right now, which is more than I could have ever hoped for - its the longest fanfic that I've written and I'm not actually fed up with it yet! All I'm saying is that you've all got a lot to look forwards to in 'Under the Same Moon' and I've got big plans for the future!

I've gone a little crazy and I'm writing chapter 10 of Under the Same Moon, so we've got a lot of updates sorted! I'm actually going to finish this one!

Hiya everyone!!!

I think, and don't kill me if I'm totally wrong, that I'll ne properly back in 2025. 2024 was a pretty tough year for me with exams and all sorts of struggles, and it really pains me that writing for all of you couldn't fit in there somewhere. But I've gotten through the majority of the struggles and I've got that thirst to write, so 2025 is sure to be a good year for me!

My first fic of 2025 is already up and running, Under The Same Moon, and I've got big plans for the future, which focus a lot on longer, multichapter fics. Under The Same Moon is 31 chapters long at the moment, and I imagine that most of the stuff I do over the next year will follow in its footsteps. If you're interested in Under The Same Moon, its first two chapters are up on ao3 at the moment.

Also, I'm thinking that it might be time for a name change...

Christmas Requests!

I may have done a bit of a disappearing act, but I'm back in time for Christmas! I'm not going to be updating my other stories, mainly because I want to get back into oneshots more, so I'm doing another one of my request lists!

Here's how it all works: I've written out a list of prompts in different catagories, like places, dialogue, tropes, situations and the like. You can combine as many as you want, or if you want something really specific, you can always come up with your own! Just let me know, through comments, direct messages or reblogs, and I'll get around to writing it within a week or two! Preferably, I'd like to be writing Harry Potter fics, but if you've got another fandom request, I'll try my best to do it!

Situation Prompts:

A late night walk to see all of the Christmas lights turns into something more when the two get trapped underneath a small twig of mistletoe, and they finally have to face their feelings.

The taller one of the pair lifts the other up to put the star on the top of the Christmas tree, just like their father used to.

They bake sugar cookies together, although most of the dough manages to get all over them and the kitchen rather than on the baking tray.

One of them teaching the other how to wrap presents (the muggle way, if its Harry Potter!) and laughing sweetly when they manage to mess it up completely.

They both agreed to not get each other anything for Christmas, but they both just can't help themselves and end up getting a 'little' something anyway.

One of them is left to do the decorations while the other is away, and when they return, the house is covered from floor to roof in lights and tinsel.

After their last day of work/school, the two of them curl up in front of the fireplace with a hot chocolate and talk about their childhood Christmasses.

Places:

The Great Hall, all decorated festively

The Gryffindor Common Room, once its been decorated by the students

Grimmauld Place, which hasn't been decorated in centuries, but for the first time, a Christmas tree appears.

The Slytherin Common Room, after a cheerful Slytherin took it upon themselves to break the tradition of not decorating.

The Potions Classroom, where a small Christmas tree appeared in one of the corners, and no one quite knew who put it there (although it was a welcome addition).

Dialogue:

“Your hands wrapped around me sounds like a pretty good present, don’t you think?”

"Its been so long since I've celebrated properly..." "Well, I think its time we changed that!"

"Are you doing anything for Christmas?" "Are you inviting me to spend Christmas with you?" "As if!"

"The jumper wasn't meant to be ugly..."

"You've got a bit of whipped cream right there."

(Under the mistletoe) “You slipped a tongue in there, you fucking—” “Well, you were making weird noises so clearly you enjoyed that.”

You know what to do now! Get those requests in! We've only got a month to go before Christmas, and I'm looking to get out a New Year's requests list by around the 10th December (this one will still be open until boxing day). Deadline for requests, like I said, will be the 26th December, and deadline for me publishing requests will be New Year's Day, so make sure to get them in in time for Christmas. Requests could take up to a week for me to do, so its best to get them in early!

Complete Update!

*This is a clone of the post I just put on my Patreon, but I thought that I ought to let you guys know too!*

In a couple of weeks, I'm finally going back to school after a really long break, and so I figured that I should let you all know what will be going on! A lot of this is news that I've only just decided on, because I want to make sure that my work load is manageable alongside school!

At this moment in time, I'm putting Isabelle and Anton on a hiatus, and I'm hoping to take it back off of hiatus each time that I get a holiday from school. The problem with this fic is that each chapter is around 3000-4000 words, so it is a lot of work compared to Fear of the Person, which is about 1500-2500 words. This means that its a lot of stress to get the chapters done and to a good enough standard, and with school on top of running this page and writing, carrying on Isabelle and Anton every week will be incredibly difficult. I do apologise to everyone that looks forwards to reading Isabelle and Anton, but I will still be updating the fic, just not as often.

At the moment, Fear of the Person holds my attention and focus, because I've gotten really comfortable with writing it. As I'm writing this update, I've managed to get a chapter in front, and by the next update, on Thursday 22nd August (early access), I'm hoping to have gotten at least one more chapter in front. This means that, if I get absolutely swamped at school and I realise that I can't write a chapter one week, I'm not getting behind or missing out a week. I've got big ideas for this one, and I want to take this fic all the way!

I'm going to start doing more BTS updates and answering questions for those of you in the E-Book or Paperback Devotee tiers, hopefully one every week, but there might be some weeks where you get more than one or less than one! It all depends on how much work I get done in that week, because I might not have enough work to do a BTS!

Also, if I get any members to the E-Book or Paperback Devotee tiers within August or September, the first formatted book that you will be receiving will be a formatted version of my old Meaning of Multiverse series for Marvel! An absolute flashback to my proper beginnings in fanfiction (because this was the series that really got me into it), so I decided that it was fitting for it to be my first! I might have gotten a little bit behind this week because of a few personal things, and because I was so focused on getting Fear of the Person out as soon as possible, I'm behind with Isabelle and Anton now. The chapter absolutely won't be done in the next few days, so I'm going to take a week to get my stuff together. Woah, I'm back? Yeah, I'm back! School had been pretty hectic up until recently, with exams and all that jazz, but I am pretty sure that I'm back now and I'll hopefully be posting more now!

Just letting you all know my ao3 update schedule at the moment - on Mondays, I'll try to upload a chapter of my Isabelle and Anton stories because I've had a few comments asking me to continue, and then on Fridays, I'll be uploading a chapter of 'Fear the Person'! I might drop little oneshots and bits and bobs in between and I might miss weeks out if I'm busy, but that's the rough outline that I'm working on!
