Daminette Coffeeshop
Damian’s posture was stiff and had managed to keep the other patrons and servers from approaching. Though the serving girl seemed unafraid, often approaching to refill his drink and send him fond smiles before puttering off to continue serving others. His eyes watched her every move. Those unfamiliar with the two would be concerned over how much this scene resembled a hunter tracking their prey. But those who knew better would instead see only a doting and protective boyfriend watching over their girlfriend as they worked in a café in the most dangerous city in the world.

Jasonette Coffeeshop
Jason sat slouched over a cup of coffee, the bitter black liquid sitting cold and untouched in front of him as he stared blankly into its glassy reflection. A worn and tattered book laid beside the cup, untouched for the last half hour after he’d given up reading, instead getting lost in his own head. It was only when a woman approached and sat across from him that his attention was torn from the cold and still reflection in the coffee cup. A smile settling on his face at the sight of her. “What took you so long? I’ve been waiting.” He asked, concern lacing his voice as he reached out to grasp her hand across the table. She blinked before smiling softly, looking down at their joined hands. “I did warn you that I didn’t know when I would be free. You’re the sap that sat here waiting.” He hummed, his voice low as he spoke once again. “You’re worth the wait.”

Timinette Coffeeshop
He sat there staring into the caffeinated concoction cradled in his palms, a look of awe on his face as the aroma whirled through the air around him and the smooth velvety texture slid over his tongue. The liquid’s richness tickled his tastebuds before he finally swallowed with a content sigh. The coffee was the finest in Paris and he’d been coming every morning for the last month since discovering it. Moments later, his gaze flickered from the glorious liquid in his hands, up to the woman who had served it to him. Taking in the way her lips twitched as she tried to stifle a laugh. The way her hair swayed as she shook her head in amusement when a customer told her a joke over this hiss of the milk frother. Tim wasn’t coming back just for the coffee, his interest in the barista was glaringly obvious. He sighs and takes another sip before muttering distractedly, “I’ve got to marry that woman. Then I’ll get to drink this coffee and stare at that smile every day.”

Dickinette
Its their anniversary and Dick decided to put together a powerpoint presentation about all the things he loves about marinette. mari on the other hand has been scrawling down things that have made her happy throughout the year, little things he’d said or done, or even just for existing. Safe to say both of them loved their gifts and couldn’t wait for next years.

Dickinette
Young yet responsible as they can both be... we have two grown ass adults going grocery shopping and suddenly from another aisle they hear “the floor is lava” and scramble.
Dick climbing up the shelving, stepping and then sitting on several bags of crisps, while Marinette yeeted herself into the trolley and was staring at dick as the momentum sent the trolley a short distance down the aisle.
Both look at the floor again... It didn’t look like lava? maybe they’d reacted too soon... but in hindsight it was probably a joke... but it wouldn’t be the first time something unlikely and stupid had actually happened around them. and neither of them wanted to chance the whole burning to death thing.
but it was going to suck that they would need to return to the bread aisle since Marinette had sat on theirs.

Rogue!mari - Dickinette Marinette’s got a habit of making trouble in Bludhaven. Partly because the city itself makes it so easy, and partly because the local hero is so much fun to rile up. But then Nightwing up and leaves the city and suddenly Marinette has no interest in the place without her Flighting (flirting and fighting) partner. So she packs up her own gimmick and follows him back to Gotham. Mari doesn’t make big scenes or mass damage like most of Gotham’s Rogues gallery, so family mostly watch her and Nightwing with annoyance or exasperation.
Even Bruce commented on it once. only to have the kids remind him that watching this woman and Dick was like watching him and Selina. Bruce responds that maybe he should get ready for a wedding then. Only he had actually forgotten to tell his family that he’d proposed to the woman recently, so got looks of confusion and had to back track and actually tell them the news.
Jason commented that at least the eldest son already has a date.

Dick ends up in some convoluted way, getting a job with the French police. Deliberately staged to investigate the attacks in Paris probably since he's the most emotionally healthy member of the batfam. But then there are these little heroes running around Paris without a mentor and he just happens to have his own Nightwing suit with him and oh god he's becoming like Bruce collecting children.

Marinette had been set up in New York for fashion week, only to head back stage to see Adrien who was supposed to be her main model for the show, with his head in a trash can. Panicking she looks around in desperation, Adrien was her only male model since the second she had originally planned for had ended up jumping over to Dior at the last minute. which meant that she had no one else to walk the runway.
She disappears out the back door to have a minor melt down in the alley, only to catch a glimpse of someone walking past the mouth of the alley.
Not thinking, she zips up to the man and pulls him into the ally. She looks him up and down, nodding and stars explaining her desperate need for him to follow her to save her career.
Dick thought someone was trying to kidnap him for a moment, then the smaller female was talking about her job and that someone was sick and honestly she was speaking too fast for him to keep up with really. So he decided to go with. Getting pulled further into the alley then through one of the side doors.
Suddenly he was thrown into a chair and had ladies playing with his hair and applying makeup to his face.
Beside him the girl from earlier was patting a blonde boy’s back and handing him a water bottle before looking back up at him with a smile. Then she’s gone like a whirl wind. zipping between models and checking outfits and giving peptalks.
then suddenly the women that had been working on him stepped back and the girl was there again pushing clothes into his arms and telling him to change.
Music starts up as he’s changing and the paper pale blonde from earlier is standing next to him, weakly rushing him to change. The girl is back moments after this, just as he did up the final button. She pushed him across the room then suddenly he was standing in front of an audience. bright lights beaming down on him. The whispers start up and he looks back to the small girl’s panicked expression, her hands waving at him desperately to move.
He turns his head back to the audience and takes the first steps. reaches the end and pauses as he spots his family sitting there with grins on their faces.
He is never going to live this down is he. He spun around and made his way back to the start of the runway, stepping off and being pulled by the girl again and given more clothes.
It was only after repeating this several times things finally wrapped up, the woman stepped out on stage with the models. that was when he finally heard her name, Marinette Dupain Cheng. The designer Tim had been obsessing over for ages now.
Once they made their way back stage Marinette handed him her business card, telling him to send her his bank detail and how much she would be paying him for saving her show. and honestly he probably ruined the show, he had never walked a runway before and he probably look out of place among the models. but honestly he quickly found out it was easiest to imagine himself walking some ledge in Gotham.
but them Marinette kept talking, Demanding to take him out to dinner as a thank you for everything and with those pretty blue eyes and red painted lips, curled up softly in a smile, he couldn’t say no. He knew where the family was staying, and maybe if he came back late they wouldn’t be awake to give him a hard time about this.
