I started playing ww yesterday and I really like it (tho the controls on pc are kinda hard for me to remember,,,) Link is so silly in this game

Currently playing the very last bit of Wind Waker for the first time and I have to say: this is an EVIL camera angle for this dialogue

you ever think about wind waker/phantom hourglass/lu wind/any wind in ANY au and his guilt of murdering ganondorf. sure maybe he got a little quirky and fucked up hyrule but in wind waker this man has a pretty understandable reason to want the triforce. and link mightve been acting in retaliation, maybe at that moment he was too young to fully understand ganondorfs monologue and never thought much of it (considering his expression during it). what if he finally realizes and with that he realizes that he killed some guy. really just a man that wanted his kingdom to thrive. what if link also cant leave the past behind unlike tetra, who pushes him to find the new kingdom and forget hyrule. what if

So something that always got my brain going was that in WW Fado definitely doesn’t have a fairy, although he’s a Kokiri. And there’s just… gotta be a good story there… 8O

I feel like people forget that Toon Link is, canonically, the only Link aside from maybe the original NES one to permanently kill Ganondorf.

Like in all of Toon Link’s games (at least the ones following Wind Waker) he never fights Ganon again. He kills him once and for all.
