Everyone's always saying that they're for making a change but I don't see any change in an account that doesn't stand for humanitarian crisis. Swifties, I'm sorry but y'all post millions of things about Taylor Swift's albums and various tours but can't be bothered to reblog posts about people dying.

1000 is a big number and we know that. Now imagine, 36050+ people dead, 15000+ are children, 80,643 injured, and 10,000 missing.

We all know what to do when genocides happen, it's in the history books. This is going to make it in history books. Stop being ignorant.

it just broke that israel has seized 1,977 acres of west bank land for settlement, which marks the largest land theft since 1993. west bank raids are also seeing an all-time high, with a a reuters article stating a series of israeli raids raised the palestinian death toll in the west bank to 10. there are palestinians being abducted as well, a lot of whom are children. the west bank is slowly being eaten up by both israeli settlers and raids, but this is barely being covered by mainstream media.

Once again, Tumblr manages to succeed via just being honest with their users.

I made a post back around April fool's about the crabs being so popular because the joke was that every other website tries to trick you into clicking things so they can make money from your clicks and what if instead a website just asked "please click this revenue generating crab. It is there to generate revenue. In return you will have clicked on a crab. Nothing more." And the answer to that question was "people will frantically click on that crab. They don't hate the idea of the website getting money, they hate the idea of being profited on against their will".

So Tumblr implemented actual revenue crabs. "For this much money you can fill your or someone else's dash with virtual crabs. This will have the effect of there being crabs on their screen."

And people will buy those crabs. Because yes you're spending money on something stupid and useless but it's being sold to you as "hey you want something stupid and useless?", which is a nice change of pace from every other site trying to make itself out to be something more than what it is.

Twitter is floundering with the checkmark system because it's being sold as "confirm that you are someone important and who you say you are is true", which it isn't at all right now because anyone can buy one. You're buying a useless checkmark that only says that YOU think you're important. Or, more often than not right now, you are intending to trick other people into thinking you're someone you're not.

Meanwhile, Tumblr just said "Consider this double check mark. It does nothing. You will be marking yourself as someone who paid money for a meaningless checkmark and sometimes it will randomly turn into a bunch of crabs, making the site harder to use". And the userbase is like "Well sure, that sounds delightful."

The point is, despite what all the marketing and advertising people have tried to say, painting trash gold and trying to pass it off as something better is almost never as effective as just saying "hey you want this trash?"

So basically after Tommy dies, Dream fails to bring him back cause he's a dumb bitch, no one sees Tommys ghost, some people think he's hiding, others think his spirit moved on.

Our boy Michael has been hearing some spooky shit outside his home/in the woods. Every time he looks out his window he catches a glimpse of a boy wearing a jacket. Every time he tries to go check it out, tubbo and ranboo tell him no and lead him back to his room. So one night super late he suits up in his little snow gear and goes into the woods.

He ends up getting lost and starts to panic/cry, until a boy only a couple years older than him appears. The boy is wearing a soldier uniform and has injuries on his face that made him look scary, but he was helping Michael get home, so maybe he wasn't that bad.

Over the next couple a weeks Michael goes out on certain nights to play with the ghost boy. He learns that the ghost boy was from a place called lmanberg (hey, michaels dads used to live there!), he was 10 y/o (4 years older than Michael), the boy had semi memory problems (just like his dad!), and that he was scared (Michael didn't like that his new friend was scared :[ )

One day he ask ranboo for a book to write stuff down in and accidentally let's it slip that he's been sneaking out to play in the woods. Ranboo has a heart attack, while Tubbo ask about the boy. Michael ends up dragging Tubbo, who's dragging ranboo, to meet his friend.

When Michael's friend does appear both Ranboo and Tubbo are heartbroken at the sight of their old friend wearing the original L'manberg uniform, smiling with no fear or pain in his eyes
