The art department on Homeland like to embed names of crew members on the show. Last season they faked social media and Carrie’s timeline with their names. In episode 3 we found Maxwel Fisher as a property manager and Michael Goldsheft as Josie’s doctor, we’ve also caught some other familiar names. 

Today we’re kicking off a new feature that more closely examines the names you see (or don’t). 

In “Active Measures,” it was all about Simone’s fellow colleagues…

Assistant Producer Ashley Brim made all those cakes and they were delicious. She was working her way through the cookbook “All Cakes Considered.” She also made Alex that cross stitch of the Saul quote for Christmas. TRIPLE THREAT.

Has that picture of Gansa for Cherry Pie Productions always appeared at the end of an episode? Never seen it before.

No. The Cherry Pie Productions image changes with each episode. I’m not sure if they’re images he’s taken or if other family members/friends have. They’re fairly eclectic. These are some of the more interesting ones (there are a LOT of nature/wilderness).

The orange and blue tint seems to have a purpose here, though. 

The original “Blade Runner” was mostly tinted blue throughout the movie while “Blade Runner 2049″ (from the trailers) seems to be a lot of orange. Harrison Ford is the only character in blue on the poster while the new characters are tinted orange, separating them.
