The doorbell rings and William can feel the confusion tingle down his spine.
There aren’t many people he knows, even fewer who would come to his house unannounced. He wonders briefly whether or not it’s the police; looking for two lost children in particular, but he discards the notion quickly.
He knows, because he hasn’t heard any engines. Because he can’t see any cars through the window.
He wishes he could see his front door from the window, but he can’t.
It’s probably just his neighbors, he thinks on his way downstairs, in need of… flour, or something.
He conveniently forgets that his neighbors haven’t asked him for anything in a long time. He doesn’t allow himself to hope. He never does anymore.
“Eugh, you’re so dramatic and morose!”, Glitchtrap spits in annoyance, floating just to William’s right.
His arms are crossed and one of his feet can’t be seen by William; as it is hidden inside a wall.
The man sighs, ignoring his ghostly companion – as he always tries to – and reaches for the door handle, finally.
He pushes it down and opens the door and what he sees almost makes him burst into tears.
There’s a young man standing on the steps in front of his house, mere inches away from him. Close enough that if William reached out, he could touch the young man.
He doesn’t.
That would be overstepping his boundaries.
But he wants to. He wants to pull the young man into a hug and sob and cry and let out all his grief and misery.
The young man doesn’t look any different from the last time William had seen him, from the last time the young man had come needing his help.
Of course he doesn’t, William thinks. He’s using the disc.
Yet there is something about the young man, changed and different.
Not in appearance, but in… aura, perhaps.
Mere seconds have passed since William opened the door, and the young man, pulling a lollipop from his mouth, says with the grave tone of someone announcing death: “Hey dad. It’s been a while.”

Introducing: Michael Afton!
I don't often write in present tense, I hope it's not too bad.

Name: Henry Emily
Age: Uhhh, I lost count
Henry is my best friend, has been since... basically forever. We opened and made Freddy’s together. He had a sweet kid named Charlie. I... miss her.
That shirt was a gift from me, for Freddy’s first anniversary.

Name: Shoto Todoroki Afton
Age: 8
A bit reserved, but very kind. His mother burned his face to the point of scarring, because he reminded her of his father. His father relentlessly trained him and kept him isolated from other children.
So he’s my son now.

I can’t draw children
Name: Harry Potter Afton
Age: 8
A sweet little boy. I met him while his cousin was trying to stuff him into Foxy’s mouth. Then his aunt and uncle yelled at him for hurting his cousin in self-defense.
So he’s my son now.
He appears to have magic, also there’s a lightning scar on his forehead.

Name: Glitchtrap
Age: I don’t care
He’s been following me since I was about five? He has the ability to take control of my body. We have kind of a deal, he doesn’t hurt my kids and I don’t struggle against him, when he takes control.
He’s kind of like a child himself; a murderous child with no morals. It’s very annoying. Lately he’s been hanging out with some girl called Vanny? I don’t know her, but apparently she’s a lot more on board with his... ideas. At this point I’m just kinda glad when he leaves me alone.

Name: William Afton
Age: Honestly, I’ve lost count at this point
If you’re wondering how I look human, even though I died due to a springlock failure and am forever stuck inside Springtrap, the answer is sound illusion discs. Handy little things.
Surprise surprise, they can’t conceal my eyecolor though. You know, it used to be dark blue, but now? Boring grey. The color of death, I suppose, along with purple. Which would bring us to the next weird thing; my hair. Even though with quirks around it isn’t all that weird anymore, I feel compelled to point out that I can’t get rid of the purple tips. I’ve tried; but no configuration of sound disc would make them go away.
What else is there to say?
Ah, yes, I was locked in a room for thirty years, slowly decaying and rotting away. The dream.
Anyway, after that I found Henry again and we kinda built Freddy’s back from the ground up.
I don’t know what else there is to say, aside from, I suppose, informing you that a certain glitchbitch follows me around and sometimes takes control of my body.
