I got top surgery! however, I'm struggling to access unemployment insurance because of my legal name change and my employer not producing the documents needed in time... any donation would be appreciated and will go towards paying for groceries and rent. Please help a trans sibling out...

Hi, my name is Kaël. I am a non-binary person in transition. I would like to obtain a double mastectomy (top surgery) to be able to help with my gender dysphoria. I have the chance to live in a country that covers the procedure with my insurance.

However, there is multiple costs associated with the surgery that I am not able to cover completely because of my status as a student and my minimum wage job. There is the recommendation letter, future cost of hospital supplies, but most importantly, I need to stop working for a couple of weeks to be able to heal properly.

That’s why I’m calling for your donations to be able to go through this challenge. I do not have a specific date for the surgery yet, but I will update you during every step of the way.
