Decided to go through with migrating blogs, keeping my main one more art-focused from the get-go and having a personal one on the side where other junk can go. It's easy to find because I just switched my handle over for my main one. It'll feel nice to have something uncluttered since I'm a stickler about organization.

tbh just considering deleting and remaking my whole account so i can have a more organized art blog because fuck cleaning up manually and loads of eyes on my blog scare me anyway, so i'm a-ok with losing everything and starting over lmao. still not sure if i'd use the new one/return to the same level of activity i used to have here because i'm still kind of turned off from this site for reasons i've expressed previously (it started feeling like a doomscroll here due to all The Shit happening and wasn't great for me, the CEO being an assclown is an opinion i still firmly stand by, plus a few posts of mine have gone viral throughout my time here and i've noticed that stresses me out more often than not, even if the vibes are good. it all started with the deer trailcam post on my sideblog.)

if anyone (mutuals specifically) wants to keep contact with me i'm just Wildegeist on discord and it's the same on bluesky. i'm not really fully decided on this yet. if i come back it'll probably be with a fresh slate and i'll be almost entirely focused on art.

I love interacting with people, but I've been on an indefinite break from Tumblr because the place has been a dumpster fire, so I'm not scrolling much cause it feels like garbage, and mostly posted to boost those emergency commissions to help my friend out.

I'm very active and interactive on Bluesky tho. Most social media's slowly been losing its appeal for me in the past year or so and I think the reason I'm so active on Bluesky currently is cause I actually prefer how quiet it is. It's mostly just me and my buds there

I have literally reported well over 300 sexbots by hand, most of which are still around (I can tell because they make up most of my blocklist), bots are flooding irrelevant tags with full-on porn and I see fuckall being done about it, but perfectly normal pictures of a trans woman showing her face gets you the boot if enough idiots mass-flag it, and if you get (reasonably) mad about that kind of treatment the CEO will start throwing a fit. Good to know where the priorities are here

Ramadan is coming up and I can’t stress enough how much Palestinians have never got the chance to experience one normal Ramadan for 75years

You may not have been subjected to this, but as a person from an Arabic country, every Ramadan from every year there’s always headlines of Israeli iof soldiers or Israeli extremist settlers attacking Palestinians during Ramadan, especially Palestinian worshipers trying to pray in the al aqsa mosque

It’s happens almost every single year

Ramadan is suppoused to be Muslim people’s month of worship, of Baraka and it is very important to Muslim people

But Palestinians never ever experienced a normal Ramadan because Israel attacks them Viciously

Single

Fucking

Year

And I will dare and say that Israel does it on purpose, it does it every Ramadan on purpose

And now, this year, with Ramadan being only a few weeks away, I doubt that they’ll have a normal Ramadan, not in the West Bank, and not in Gaza

All what I have to say here is that Israel will still follow this trend, something bad is gonna happen this Ramadan, keep an eye on Palestine during Ramadan
