Batman the Animated Series Headcannon

Harvey’s blue face was artificially regrown skin.  He’s personally a scientologist but he finds out later that he was grown in a lab from cloned cells.  After they harvested his face he went insane.  He’s a cyborg on the left face now.

It all happened so quickly, a week after the new Mayor got elected, the mayor’s campaign highlighted a safer Gotham, plans to capture all the villains and crooks and push them to Arkham Island, they were going to blow the bridge to the said island and keep guards posted around the mainland’s entrance. Their orders were to shoot to kill.

The plan worked and Gotham was safer for it. Things on Arkham Island, however, were not, it was a lawless territory, there were no rules, the plan had been to let them all fight it out, and kill the ones that tried to escape, but that’s not quite happened. It wasn’t paradise but it was home, and tension started to settle, and a few years passed. Then came the new age of villain kids, ones raised in the belly of the beast, Arkham Island. Children of the masked terrors that once plagued Gotham.

The Wayne Foundation decided it was time to offer a few select children the opportunity to return to Gotham and live away from the influence of their parents and the chaos of the island. An opportunity to walk among the citizens of Gotham and attend their schools.

And so the invitations were sent out, and a boat was sent out shortly after to collect the children and bring them to the mainland. Tensions are bound to rise between the kids and the rest of Gotham, after all, who feels safe with Villains around?

Now Join them as they try to decide if they want to adjust or carry out some nefarious plans.

Hello everyone! While this idea is still a work in progress, I hope to find a group who is interested in this.

Yes, it is heavily based off of Disney Descendants and It also holds some influence from the Batman Arkham series. But I think its an idea that could happen in the DC universe and it is a fun concept to explore. So if you are interested give this a like and we can all get together and make this happen. I might make a d.iscord for the group so we can talk and plot.
