This being seemed mostly made of energy, though perhaps there was some oil to be yielded from her vessel should he simply PUNCTURE its carapace. Semi-organics were no problem for him; even if this mysterious being did not have oil in her system, she may have metals his body can utilize for temporary fuel caches. Near starvation would drive any wild animal to eat what typically wasn't the standard for their diet.

He can't launch an attack just yet. His quarry still appeared rather guarded and he himself didn't want to risk injury over a hasty misjudgment of his chances. So like any smart predator, N steadily crawled his way to a hiding spot and silently made camp there to wait for an opportunity to strike. It needed to be perfect. He had to ensure that he could overpower and consume this prey.

She isn't a worker drone, which made her more than something to simply be cautious of when hunting. It wasn't to say that N wasn't confident in his prowess; quite the opposite, actually. He was incredibly confident. He simply knew this was a waiting game.

Patience would be rewarded with opportunity.

Streber, huh? That was a rather unique name among humans, at least in N's perspective. He does like how it registers in his processors actually. This Streber wanted to help him. Intentions were considered, and he stares at the smaller man for a few moments longer as though considering what was said to him, the offer made. Another name added to his databank, along with a mental photo for future reference in case he ever needed to identify Streber in or outside of a crisis.

" I am nonhostile as well. " Replies N, an edge of uncertainty still around him, but he seems to perk up. His injured wing shifts, blade-feathers making a scratching sound as metal scraped upon metal with the motion. His long tail sways behind him, less anxious and far more lax now ( though certainly still poised for a quick mock-jab if Streber proved to actually be a threat ).

" My name is Serial Designation: N! You, uh, wouldn't happen to know where we are right now, would you? Planetarywise, not necessarily region location. " This couldn't be Earth, could it? The climate was familiar and yet not at the same time.
