Supernatural but Castiel gets a full meltdown when he becomes human in season 9 because now he feels things. I'm talking hyperventilation, crying, screaming, pain in the chest, all package. He has no idea where he is, why everything is so dark, why he feels so small, why he feels. The writers could've given that man a breakdown, torture him even more, like they don't love doing that, but no. Why.
