Zuko chooses Azula’s side in Ba Sing Se and fights against Katara

Azula shoots Aang with lightning and Katara saves him

AND THEN

Zuko chooses Katara to fight alongside him against Azula in the Fire Nation 

And even though she knows he’s ‘struggled with doing the right thing’ before, she doesn’t fucking hesitate to back him up against Azula

AND THEN

he takes Azula’s lightning for Katara, because she didn’t hesitate and he wouldn’t either this time

why winter is lovely:

the cozy feeling of entering a warm room or sitting next to a fireplace

perfect excuse to cuddle with someone or your pet

seeing snow fall and making snow angels 

warm socks, cute beanies, big jumpers, woolly scarves, fuzzy mittens, big coats

being warmed up by tea or hot cocoa

the weather is gloomy so it’s perfect to stay in and watch old movies or bake cookies

everything feels surreal and magical

19/3/18 A rare moment of good lighting has graced my room today. So a rare studyblr photo has reached my blog to celebrate it. I’m feeling motivated to work but as soon as I get going i suddenly feel so tired. I’m feeling a little sad today, it’s nearly easter so the break will be good, but it means saying hello to a lot of work, and this week is so work heavy because after the strikes I’m having to cram a lot of work in, and so are the department. xxx Emily

This weekend is fall break and most of the campus went home, but I chose to stay back and catch up /work ahead and I’m glad I did. I’ve been sleeping in, doing things at a relaxed pace, and making sure i have time to eat and even workout! I feel so much more at peace already.

Today I have a long ass to do list, but the only way to get it done is to start. Here we go!

I love how big and lumpy full-grown goldfish get. The babies are small an dainty but even the sleek, single-tailed goldfish grow up to be big old lumpy beasts.

Didn’t spend too much time on it but I still like it lol. My favorite quote is “Always do your best. What you plant now, you will harvest later.”

Today in history my teacher came up to me and told me that my essay was killer. He asked me if I had written it on my own lmao. And DAMN that felt good. This teacher’s complimented me on watercolors and other things before. I might actually take a watercolor class because of him?? But jesus seriously teachers—compliment ur students. Even if you think they do really good anyway and don’t need any encouragement, they probably do. The smartest person in the world can still lack motivation and it can cause them to struggle.
