If two songs have the same tempo, their bpm are equivalent.

You wouldn’t say two people of the same height have “the same inches.” You would say height. So stop saying two songs have “the same bpm” when you can just say tempo

haha, you've made the mistake of thinking i'm affected by nostalgia! i never played the first two, so i did it recently on pc so i'd know what it was all about. 3 was okay, i liked the elites, and Reach was the best. after playing the whole series* i can see that 343 did a bad job of keeping the series faithful to it's main gimmick(for lack of a better word), that being it not being CoD. but at this point it's a race between CoD and Halo to see who can alienate their audience faster. there's no clear """winner""" right now, but Halo might be able to grab some more fans with Infinite, who knows. 'parently 343 is listening to fans on this go around.
