Today’s breakfast is: coffee!! (30 cal from oat creamer).
I’m trying to get my body to poop (sorry but I’m sure you’re all familiar with this feeling), and I’m seeing my boyfriend later !💖
I love him but I always eat with him and it freaks me out. He’s able to stay so thin but I always overeat. I’m gonna try to find a place for us to eat at where I can get something low cal. But just to be safe, I’m just gonna have the one meal today. I’m also gonna do some yoga in a bit so that’ll help to keep me in my deficit :)
EDIT:
My boyfriend ended up having car trouble and is having dinner with his family :(. But that’s okay because now I can eat alone (I can say I ate a ton so he doesn’t make me snack more). Plus I’ve been waiting all day to eat so it’s kind of an unintentional fast ! The only downside is now I’m super dizzy :( but that may also be because I’m pretty high lmao.
Anyways, I got an Uber eats. It’s shrimp scampi with zucchini noodles (480 calories). And a mango/tangerine seltzer (10 calories). Then I got a side of bread (160 cal) bc I’m craving some carbs and don’t want to go crazy on chips or something later. I like to eat in every food group so I’m not craving one specific thing later.
I also ate a bell pepper and an applesauce earlier (I got so hungry :(( ) which was 120 cals total.
Total: 600 cals.
