Gluten free miso ramen soup as a work-from-home lunch. All the veg (gai lan, spinach, chives, squash, carrots, oyster mushrooms) are from my freezer. I have broth paste and miso in the fridge. Holiday breakfast! Under the egg is a ham and Swiss pinwheel I made and brought over. I used Molly's Bon Appetit Strawberry Shortcake recipe for the biscuit (yep! Just leave out the sugar!), spread a little mustard on it, and laid out ham and cheese slices.
