Carl Panzram - Serial killer - interesting book about his life. Documentary - Carl Panzram: The Spirit of Hatred and Vengeance
Maps of Meaning: The Architecture of Belief by Jordan B. Peterson In Life we have so many doubts about everything. What should I belief this and not that. What is the purpose of my existence? In this book we travel from the most ancient archetypes to the present symbols and we found that all humanity existence was nail in the art. And it is in that art that we can find the roots of our ethics, of our beliefs, of our way of being

Earthquake Kit
Seven essential items are arranged as follows
1. Food: Adults need 500 calories daily, preparing chocolate, biscuits and other high-calorie foods, can help support the golden rescue time.
2. Mineral water: the body needs drinking water at least 3 liters within 72 hours, but considering the weight of the refuge package, it is recommended to put at least one bottle of drinking water, depending on the circumstances drink.
3 small blankets: to prevent the body temperature when trapped, and even shock.
4. First Aid Medicines: Consider personal medical history and needs to prepare medicines to avoid drug-free when trapped.
Whistle: Whistling for help can be effective to improve the possibility of rescuing.
6. Flashlight: provide lighting in the dark, it is also recommended to prepare spare batteries to prevent from time to time need.
7. Coarse cotton gloves: building collapse, prone to broken glass around the ground, wearing a glove crawling to avoid both hands to cut, to avoid underappreciated and infected amputation.

Pea Protein - Building muscles, lose fat. Complete protein; 9 essential amino acids which are protein building blocks. Digests slowly. Only thing it lacks is methionine.  Methionine:
Lean beef or lamb
Parm cheese
Turkey and chicken
Sirloin cooked Pork
Cooked Tuna fish
Hard boiled eggs
Plain yogurt
Cooked white beans
Eating protein before bed helps build muscle and strength
As you can see, 30 to 40 grams of either egg or casein protein before bed accomplishes both of our goals: it maximally stimulates protein synthesis rates and keeps amino acids in our blood for the entire night. Egg protein - eggs, egg white Casein Protein - Cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
A more accurate statement would be that protein before bed can help you follow a high-protein diet, which can help you lose weight faster.
Tumblr media
Eat too little protein and you’ll forever struggle to gain and preserve muscle.
Eat too little carbohydrate and you’re going to have trouble building muscle and making progress in your workouts.
Eat too much fat and you’re going to have to dramatically reduce protein and/or carbohydrate intake to compensate.
For meaningful weight loss or gain to occur, there must be an imbalance in the equation. That is, output must exceed intake (calorie deficit = weight loss) or vice versa (calorie surplus = weight gain).
This isn’t theory, either. This is immutable, indisputable scientific fact.
This is why every single controlled weight loss study conducted in the last 100 years…including countless meta-analyses and systematic reviews…have concluded that meaningful weight loss requires energy expenditure to exceed energy intake.
This is why bodybuilders dating back just as far…from Sandow to Reeves and all the way up the line…been using, and continue to use, this knowledge to systematically and routinely reduce and increase body fat levels.
And this is why new brands of “calorie denying” come and go every year, failing to gain acceptance in the weight loss literature.
You just can’t escape gravity, death, taxes, and energy balance.
Generally speaking, foods that are “good” for weight loss are those that are relatively low in calories but high in volume (and thus satiating).
Examples of such foods are lean meats, whole grains, many fruits and vegetables, and low-fat dairy.
Foods conducive to weight gain are the opposite: high in calories and low in volume and satiety.
These foods include the obvious like caloric beverages, candy, and other sugar-laden goodies, but quite a few “healthy” foods fall into this category as well: oils, bacon, butter, low-fiber fruits, and whole fat dairy products, for example.
if you get the majority (~80%) of your calories from relatively unprocessed, nutrient-dense foods, you can fill the remaining 20% with your favorite dietary sins and be healthy, muscular, and lean.
You can eat three or seven meals per day. You can eat a huge breakfast or skip it and start eating at lunch. You can eat carbs whenever you like.
That said, if you’re serious about weightlifting, there are a few caveats:
There’s a fair amount of evidence that eating protein before and after weightlifting workouts can help you build muscle and strength over longer periods of time.
There’s also evidence that post-workout carbohydrate intake, and high-carbohydrate intake in general, can help as well, mainly due to insulin’s anti-catabolic effects.
So, if you’re lifting weights regularly, I do recommend you have 30 to 40 grams of protein before and after your workouts.
30 to 50 grams of carbohydrate before a workout is great for boosting performance and 1 gram per kilogram of bodyweight (58grams for me) is enough for post-workout needs.
Me:  Weight: 128lb Body Fat % - 25 (estimate)  Activity level - 1-3 Hours / week Activity Multiplier - 1.2  = Lean Body mass: 96 BMR - 1312 Total Daily Energy Expenditure - 1575
So what this means is you want to set your daily calorie intake to 75 to 80% of your TDEE. = 1260 Calories a day
Eat 1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. 1.2 x 128 = 154 grams of Protein  = 154 x 4 (calories) = 616grams of Calories
Eat 0.2 grams of fat per pound of body weight. .2 x 128 = 26 grams of Fat 26grams * 9 calories = 234 grams of Calories
102.5 Grams of Carbs = 410 calories
Get the rest of your calories from carbohydrate.

"What do you mean he said thank you after you said I love you?" He frowned. He never really understands her, or the truth is, he never understands any other woman in the world. Women, they are fascinating. They are strong, independent, full of ideas, and of course, very beautiful. But somehow they always make the same mistake, falling in love with the wrong guy. That always frustrates him. What's with the stupidity out of nowhere? "Well, but he's not that bad. He's really sweet you know, and caring, loving, all those stuff." She tried to defend him, but it only got him raise his eyebrow as disagreement. "No," He said. He held a cigarette from the case with his mouth, lightened it, and offered it to her. "Listen, I know men. If they say thank you when you tell them I love you? Don't even try to defend him. He's not worthy." She shook her head to the cigarette, so he shrugged and put it in his mouth, and blew out the smoke. And the smoke was suddenly all over them. It was already dark inside here, and now the fog was surrounding them, he could barely see her face. But he could still sense the pure sadness and pain from her. He could've said a lot more, and much crueler so she would finally realize that someone like this just didn't deserve so much of her attention. But she looked so hurt and vulnerable. He sighed, trying to find a way that was not so straight-forward to tell her the truth. "You see, there're millions of people getting divorce every year. Some people are just not born for making commitment. And you need to find someone who is." She looked at him, puzzled. He rubbed his eyebrows. Man, he is really bad at this. "But he..." "He's just not that into you. Girl, get over it. He's just not into you." Okay, here it all went out. Now she looked very sad. She was just sad but now she was very sad. Very sad. "That all goes wrong..." "Are you suggesting that I should leave him?" She said quietly, interrupted his sentence. And he found himself unable to answer this question. The silence dropped between them in a split second, and the only sound in the room was people trying to clean the place. A guy drew the curtains apart, and the light shot from the window, brightening her face. He then realized that she was crying. Or technically, the tears just kept running down from her face. He put out his cigarette, and got a tissue for her. "I don't know," He softened his voice, and held her hand. He was hoping that it would make her feel better. "But just remember this, don't ever compromise in love. This is not a negotiation. A man who hurts you, physically or emotionally, he doesn't deserve you." He couldn't tell her a precise answer to that question. Even though he had basically said it all, she was still the one making the final decision. She held the tissue in her hand, he could tell she was struggling and debating herself. And slowly, slowly, slowly, like an eternity just passed, she loosened up her hand. "...I deserve better." She then finally said, quiet but firm. "Yes," He smiled.
"You deserve better."

Tribal Leadership
Stage 1  Street gangs, people who come to work with shotguns. Life Sucks tshirt. The downers, scoundrels, delinquents, hooligans.  Shawshank Redemption.
Stage 2 25% - dominant culture of workplace tribes.  Passively antagonistic. Arm crossers in judgement, no interest to spark any passion. Seen it all before, watched it all fail. Apathetic victims. Luaghter is quietly sarcastic and resigned. Passive folks. Little to no innovation and almost no sense of urgency. No impact on strategy or direction. HR, Procurement, Accounting. Very little gets done. The tribe produces few new ideas and almost never followed them up.   The Office
Stage 3 49% - “I’m Great”. The winners. Knowledge is power so people hoar it. Doctors, professors, attorneys and salespeople. Lone warriors, wanting help and support but disappointed others dont have their ambition or skill. They do the tough work, complain there is no time or competent support. Being the smartest and most successful.
Big egos. No amount of team building will turn these self-described star players into a team.
Stage 4 22% ‘We’re great’. Leaders feel pulled by the group. Eye contact with everyone. ‘We’re great, they’re not.’ Apple vs Microsoft. The bigger the foe, the more powerful the tribe.  Lead by building a stage 4 critical mass culture in the tribe and they’ll recognize you as a leader.
Tribe: Shared core values, and interdependent strategies.  Tribalism: In developing worlds, it means torture, war, violence, genocide.

Meditation Day 3.
They made an analogy that our mind is like a person sitting on the bench, watching the cars go by. Observing them with ease, until you start to feel unease from the buzz, whizz, zip zap doodle wap of the cars and trucks go by. You jump into the road to try to stop them. Chasing one after another, none of them stopping.
“What is important is how we relate to our thoughts and how we acknowledge becoming distracted by them.”
For a brief moment, I smelled a scent, deodorant that reminded me of Logan. No one else. Even though I traced it back to Daniel Black last night who had a strong smell of either deo or cologne. Wasn’t him.
I thought of what my routine should look like once I moved into Vadim’s place.
Wake up
 Meditate - 5 min
15 min break
 Push ups + Lunges + stretch - 45min
15 min break
Tim Ferriss Podcast  - 1 hour
15 min break
Creation: Steemit, Illustrator, hand lettering  - 1 hour
15 min break
edX course - 1 chapter - 1 hour
15 min break
Read 1 Chapter of my book - 1 hour
15 min break
6.5 hours, with no distraction if things go well.
I was thinking I need to reflect on my weekend, why seeing Ryan upset me. How I feel about Vadim’s protectiveness over Hui^2.
My left arm itches.
My stomach is bloated.

What do you want to be consistent on a daily basis? A habit to take on. Death.
Nah. Even though I’ve been thinking about it quite a bit recently (that I’ve noticed anyway), realistically, it’s meditation.
