Kira loves her fish because they’re something she can pour affection into without being ridiculed or seen as weak. Feeding schedule, water temperatures, light level, foliage changes, water cycling and regulation. Love from her comes in the form of attention, precious time from her busy life to show something or someone care.

Anyone else think about how when setting up for the house pet hunt there was assigned students to do all the jobs. There was someone to hand out animal ears and crossbows and bolts.
