Concerned about the massive increase in stabbing incidents over the last 5 years, the German government has begun to roll out an all-encompassing ban on the carriage of knives. Any knife. Butterknives, too.
Now, this definitely won't stop maniacs from going out to stab s.o to death. But it will definitely not stop me from carrying a jar of peanut butter and Nutella to put on my waffles for a quick snack neither.
