Fuck you to the people that claim it’s okay to put your mental health first. It’s never okay. Someone always has a problem with you doing something for yourself, the second you focus on yourself people come screaming at you for being a shit person and not doting over them. I’m fucking done with it. I already hate myself enough and the fact that I’ve been consistently put down for taking care of myself is bullshit. Just because your bullshit sucks doesn’t mean I have to deal with it when I can barely take care of myself. Don’t promote self-care when you’re a damn hypocrite. Society is full of people pretending to care when in fact they don’t.
