day 2
I completed an ab workout and I am going to do another 50-100 set of jumping jacks. I have eaten 275 Kcal today and I may eat a small dinner. But I may not. I’ll update if I do.

WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT FASTING
For gum chewers: Nobody tells you that you will expel a storm of wind out of nowhere or whenever you drink water.
Nobody tells you that your legs will feel like literal jello if you go past 24hrs.
Nobody tells you that after a certain point you’ll have a constant headache.
Nobody tells you that your stomach will growl loud enough for a whole room of people to hear.
Nobody tells you about the pain in your ribs.
Nobody tells you that you’re going to feel like you’re going vomit the lack of anything in your stomach.
But what we do tell you, is that you’ll get used to it.

How to reduce binging:
Suck on a sugar free sweet if you have a sweet craving.
Get a black coffee to suppress appetite.
Warm drinks can fill you up more and so can fizzy ones.
Eat everything slow and appreciate every bite.
Protein fills you up for longer.
Vegetables preserved in vinegar can make a great snack or extra (I like the roasted red peppers) because the vinegar can help stabilise blood sugars and therefore reduce sugar cravings.
Add toothpaste to a food you feel like binging on so you no longer think of that food as appetising. And if you eat it the toothpaste will mess with your sugar recepter taste buds.
Wait 30 minutes after eating before you decide to consume more.
You burn around 1.25 kcals per minute, keep that in mind when questioning if it’s real hunger you are feeling.
If you have eaten more than planned, watch an obese what I eat in a day video to help reduce the thoughts of you gaining weight. Stress= weight gain
Use thinspo to reduce hunger.
Ginger can reduce appetite
Black pepper can aid digestion
Apple cider vinegar stabilises blood sugar levels (reduces sweet cravings)
Your body doesn’t store excess protein as fat, and it also takes your body a long time to digest and a lot of energy (fuller for longer)
Fiberous foods fill you up, help your digestive system, take a long time to digest, and can be low calorie.
Processed foods (low kcal or not) won’t help. Stay away from slim fast bars or weight watchers etc
Never reward yourself with food
Have a multivitamin everyday (the vitamins that reach your brain play a big part in hunger, it’s why some foods have empty calories. It’s not all down to the portion size)
Eat ‘binge foods’ infront of someone!!
Count calories during a binge as you’ll be likely to eat less.
Eat a can of beans at the start of a binge (you’ll be less like to eat as much)
Binge on low calorie high volume foods like popcorn or vegetables.
Eat infront of a mirror, or whilst watching a triggering video.
Got an urge to binge? Write out your goals and reasons not to binge.
Remind yourself that your only human, but only you can control what goes into your body.
If none of these help, just remeber that one binge doesn’t mean you have failed. Weight loss is not linear and one binge won’t ruin all your hard work (unless you binge everyday until you have regained all that weight). If you struggle with cravings the day after a binge, maybe try eating no sugar on those binges. Binge on whole foods or healthy versions of your typical binge foods. The simple change in binging thought out foods (protein filled, whole meal bread, beans, vegetables, fruit etc) allowed me to not only reduce my calories that binge (3000 compared to 7000 as my usual) it also only lasted one day as I woke up the next day not feeling sluggish from the sugars and without those extreme sugar cravings.

This is my best friend. At the moment she’s being kept alive by tubes and needles because her eating disorder is currently stronger than she is.
Does she weigh 90lbs? No, she doesn’t. Does it look like her eating disorder is “less severe” because she’s not “that thin”? Do you think her situation sounds “less severe” because she’s not “that thin”?
Tubes and needles. Constant supervision. Pain, anger, agony. Hunger, thirst, suffering. Dizziness, constipation, freezing cold. Passing out in front of other patients and staff. Painful injections of vitamins and whatnot. Nurses who’re force feeding her, who’re forcing fluids into her body because her eating disorder is currently stronger than she is.
90lbs or not, without treatment - my best friend will die.
Would you have walked past her on the street and thought she even had an eating disorder at all? Probably not, because people keep believing you can measure or estimate a persons physical and mental health state based on the silhouette of someone’s body.
You can’t.
Never underestimate someone’s eating disorder just because they don’t look “that thin” to you. Being “thin” is just one of MANY symptoms of an eating disorder and it’s far, far from the most important one. Anyone can struggle and if someone you know struggles: don’t assume they’re alright just because they don’t look “that thin”.
Eating disorders come in one size; MISERABLE.

Allowable- Liquid fast
• Water
• Sparkling Water (sugar free)
• Bullion broth (w/ equivalent water)*
• Coffee (w/ < 1.5 T coconut milk)
• Tea (unsweetened)
• Diet Soda
• Lemon Water
• Banana ‘milk’ - record
• Almond milk (unsweetened)- record
• Apple cider vinegar water
• Vegetable soup** - record
• Hot chocolate (unsweetened) - record
• Apple soup***- record
• Rice milk (unsweetened)
<()|;
* I make sure to drink at least an equivalent volume of water as broth since it’s very high in sodium.
** My recipe is whatever vegetables I have in water with lemon juice, soy sauce, and hot sauce to taste. Even on a liquid fast I eat the vegetables for fiber. 40-60 per cup depending on the veggies you use.
*** Apple in water with lemon and cinnamon, simmer for about 10 minutes. I personally discard the Apple but you could also eat it (in which case it’s pretty much applesauce). 50-90 per serving.

I am starting this account today because I went to the doctor's and weighed in at 210 lbs. 😱 I can't believe I've become so disgusting through covid. I am starting my long, looooong road to thinsperation. I eat rasing canes sandwich, fries and sweet tea before the doctor's. (I'm starting to see how I got here) 780+390+140= 1280 cals. That's like two days of calories so no more eating today. I am drinking water and I have done 20 jumping Jacks, 10 push ups, and 20 squats. I'm going to do another set in another hour. I can do this
