I feel like Astarion and Voyeurism is both established in canon and not often mentioned in fanon.

Lemme go off for a minute

He has many instances of being sexually /attracted/ to people in game, BUT

He's severely sexually traumatized and was used for 200 years, forced to have sex with thousands of people regardless of his own wants/needs/desires and clearly in canon expresses that he needs a break. He shows HIGH interest in sexual activity, but not in being the active participant because he's got a lot to work through rn.

Kinks that I believe he would enjoy, based on statements he has made:

This is first evident with Abdirak, he VERY clearly enjoys himself

He has dialogue about wanting to watch PC with Karlach but 'not intrude'

He is very interested in the drow twins, but participating actively makes him dissociate because its too much too soon.

Someone who is very sexual, knows a lot about sex, has sex be a huge part of his life, but has had sex *tainted* for him, may VERY WELL find a deep enjoyment via voyeurism

I think it would give him a lot of control, a sense of power, let him participate in things he wants to enjoy but needs physical space from, and could be a great bridge-builder to his healing as he gets used to the idea that he can be around sex without having any obligations surrounding it.
