Probably terrifying, I think it’d be funny if younger (said loosely) elves didn’t know skin could do that. And they’d be mortified that skin doesn’t fix itself perfectly over time. It’d likely be the equivalent of having someone walking around with a machete in their head on some random Thursday at 2pm.

Or they’re so used to the gangs shit, that nothing they do or have surprises them anymore and the greater population just think it’s a moonlark and co thing.
