Lyra, my beloved cat of 13 years, passed away this year on Father's Day. She's been by my side through very difficult times and was my little rock of steady and unrelenting love. I struggled a lot drawing this, and struggled a lot posting it, but I know I would've wanted to read a comic like this that validated my grief for her when I lost her.

Wherever you are, Lyra my little summer star, I love you always! Thank you for being the best thing in my life.

So a week ago, I sprained my ankle and couldn't walk for 3 days. I'm used to hiking at least an hour a day with my huskies so not being able to walk at all was driving me crazy. And in my jittery sedimentary state, I kept getting visions of this blursed being: a biblically accurate axolotl. There was nothing I could do but draw it. I'm all better now and able to walk again, now back to making less cursed art (maybe)

im only attracted to a very specific gender presentation... and a very specific personality. they have to remind me of my mother's sharp gaze and my father's dull intellect, with the gaming acumen of my worst uncle and the neuroses of my favorite aunt. i also have a soft preference for true hermetic androgynes, but thats negotiable. what's a hard limit is that i can only have sex with someone if we have spent at least a decade in a state of both psychological and quantum entanglement, but have never physically met before. this is for the best since my personal odor is enough to scare most partners away for good... if you do decide you want to get it on with me then for personal reasons our carnal union must occur during a new moon when venus is exalted in an ascendant virgo. my profound mental illness requires me to remain ignorant of the mechanics of sex so i have to be disoriented through a combo of sensory deprivation and psychological gaslighting during the proceedings, which makes me a bit of a "pillow princess"-- although i like to feel like im running things regardless .. oh and i don't know how to JO uncircumcised 🍆
