the tariffs were going to fuck us over either way but the fact Trump is constantly pushing it back is actually more catastrophic than if he just outright implemented them. It creates uncertainty in the market where producers and importers will hold off on certain shipments because they are not sure of the incoming tariffs, if they will hit or not, and it also gives a big heads-up notice to all the countries that would be affected by the tariffs to just start getting their shit elsewhere before the tariffs come into play, which we are already seeing with Canada signing new trade deals with Europe and Mexico and Canada trading more with each other

I'm just genuinely fucking baffled that the maga administration literally can't even get their own fucking agendas right. They can't even implement their own policies in a way that works or if it's even something they understand

Even if we take back everything in the midterms that's already way too late for the sheer speed and aggression with which they are destroying EVERYTHING
