Got tired of having to do sprint efforts on state highway one's narrow bridges over the braided rivers. Taking the quiet route through the vast Canterbury plains, irrigated dairy farming is very real! The big girl has been a pleasure to ride @coticbikes #escapade

Took the bus from Dunedin to Oamaru today, I am glad I did despite a most unpleasant bus driver. Starting the alps to ocean trail tomorrow, backwards! #oceantoalps

The descent down to the Taieri plain. Arrived in Dunedin today which marks 2000km and the 2nd leg of the trip done! Time for a 🍻🍺🍻
