Hi, any news about the PDF?

The first draft of the PDF is complete and being reviewed for errors!

Hi! I just saw that the formatting was delayed, last news being late April? Do you have any update on when the PDF will be ready and sent to purchases please? Thanks!

The PDF will be reviewed by contributors and mods, then once the order period is over and our PDF has been looked over and edited to fix any mistakes, we’ll be sending it out to buyers! I estimate that we’ll be able to send it out 2-ish weeks after orders close, however I’ll update you all if that estimate is proven wrong by any delays caused by editing and whatnot.

🌊 UPDATE 🌺

Hello everyone! We’ve got some announcements regarding this project, but we’d like to first thank those of you who purchased the zine and helped contribute to it. 🌊🌺 Thank you all so much for your patience! 

Unfortunately, our graphic designer & formatter for the project dropped unexpectedly, leaving only our head mod to run the zine. I’ve offered to help and take up some duties, including marketing & communications! You can find me at @hokage.

The good news is, we may have found a member of the project to replace our formatter, and will plan to relaunch sales for Waterlily in May, around the time of the SPOP s5 release. That’s it for now– thank you all again for sticking with us, and we promise more updates soon!

is this zine still active? since preorders were supposed to open in the middle of december and literally nothing has been announced about them?

This zine is still active! I’ve been having problems with my bank account recently, which has made it difficult to get the storefront set up, but that should be fixed in early January once the New Years holidays are over, which means preorders will hopefully be up and running in January too!

Update:

Hello all! Unfortunately, our finance mod had to step down, and there’s been a slight revamp of the plan for this zine as a result.

As of now, Waterlily is a PDF zine. Proceeds will still be going to Ducks Unlimited, & if you have any questions about what comes next, just ask! We’re more than happy to help clarify.
