will the nrc students also become yandere over reader at any point in time? cause i couldn't help but think about how fucked that would be for reader on multiple accounts (e.g. could see it worsening their already shite mental health/self-imagery + the constant worrying that it's an especially cruel long-term bullying thing if they start treating reader nicer) esp if they start trying to dissuade/hinder them from going home

It does eventually happen, especially as reader forms relationship with the other characters and as Yuu's whole facade is revealed, it's just a very slow and painful process since a lot of these people were essentially obsessed with Yuu before, only to realize that all Yuu has ever wanted was Reader.
