Eventide is a 16+ original warriors RP set in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The plot is only just beginning and there’s potential to have cats with special abilities, both through luck and through potentially earning them.

The current plot is centered around two clans, Gloamclan and the newly founded Mornclan. Originally part of Gloamclan, the cats that make up Mornclan split off in response to a controversial ruling by Silkstar, Gloamclan’s leader. They followed the former deputy of Gloamclan, now known as Dovestar. Shortly after, Gloamclan’s medicine cat, Crowfall, followed suit.  Three moons later, cats are still adjusting to the split. Now that it seems like they aren’t coming back, Silkstar has extended an olive branch in hopes of not starting a conflict, though Dovestar isn’t as receptive as he would’ve liked.  For more information and the join link, please check out our carrd!

For a time, there was one large clan known as Dayclan, founded and lead by Daystar. The clan then split into Cliffclan and Groveclan after a terrible war known as the War of Division. Cliffclan took the dangerous, snowy mountains, and Groveclan took the forest below the mountain. 

Recently Leopardfang, previously Yarrowstar of Groveclan, after being exiled from her tyrannical and violent rule, founded Stoneclan and took over a mostly abandoned area of a city. Leopardfang seeks to destroy both of the other clans.

Things between the three clans are very tense at best, and Cliffclan’s old doyen passing before finishing training up their herald, leaving a young, unexperienced cat in charge of leading the clan, isn’t helping matters any. 

To top it all off, there have been some.. strange occurrences, recently.

Of Felids and Fauna is an original Warrior Cats roleplay on Discord that takes place in a fictional setting vaguely in North America.

The plot follows three newly made clans, Foxclan, Otterclan, and Turtleclan, who used to be loners part of one big community before breaking off ~38 moons ago due to their differences. Foxclan settled in a dense, brush-filled field, Otterclan in the forest with a winding river near the cliffs, and Turtleclan in the murky swamp. 

Lately, Cats in the clans are being mysteriously found dead or going missing and never returning. It started with Turtleclan, but the other clans brushed it off as the brutal territory they chose to live in. That is, until they spread to Foxclan, starting with Foxstar, and then to Otterclan. When Foxstar was found dead, he had yet to pick a new deputy, leaving the clan feeling very uneasy, maybe even like they’ve been cursed by Starclan. They voted for a new leader, as there was no deputy to take Foxstar’s place.

árdegi has reopened applications!

with leaf-fall on the way in-server, we’d like to see some new faces! applications will be open until september 2, making this a rather brief application period - but we hope to get at least a few people during that time.

árdegi requires all applicants from now on to be at least 16. the server is mid to fast-paced and fairly active, with around 30 players at the time this has been posted, and has been around since july 2018! if you’re at all interested, feel free to check the links on the blog.

we will be accepting four to five people this time around.

I need help naming a Riverclan oc. Her apprentice name is Pikepaw, she’s a silver spotted tabby and I think the blog prettytoms had this idea where a clan had more apprentices than warriors. So I was thinking since she had to grow up really quickly she got depression. I was thinking of either Pikesplash or Pikeshade but was wondering what you thought!

I think those are both really cute! I also like Pikefrost (growing up too quickly and drawing into herself might make her seem like a self assured, cold adult, even if that isn’t the case) and Pikewillow (bent, but didn’t break under the tough conditions she grew up in).

I need some help with a prefix/suffix for an oc-He’s an angry little Tom that’s really scared but surprisingly kind n naive,he’s been scarred and branded by two teenagers and was taken in by a clan,his former name is mangled due to his looks and I have plans for his warrior name to replace his prefix to fallen(the name of a kit his mother figure lost not too long before he came around) he’s a Devon rex with a cream white base,faint light chestnut brown tabby w darker markings&pastel blue eyes

i love him and hope he gets the rest he deserves. im rly fond of devon rexes too! curly cats… are so good. i like fallen- as a prefix!

some suffixes i think might fit:

-heart (for his growth and courage)

-sky, -eye, -gaze (blue eyes!)

-strike, -spark, -storm (for his anger)

my favorite combos are probably fallensky and fallenheart. i hope these helped!

I have a cat that’s solid black that I may add white or dark brown features too. I don’t want something that could come off as evil. I kinda like the idea of their suffix being branch but I’m open for others. They weren’t clan born so they are trying as hard as they can to make up for that. they are strong willed and set in their opinions. They has a soft spot for their mentor thinking of them as a mother, although they would never tell a soul.

oh… i love them. i have a real soft spot for -branch as a suffix too. 

some prefixes i like for them:

Olive- or Holly-

Night-, Midnight-, or Dusk-

Quiet-, Brave-, Quick-, Soft-, (not clanborn, so i think a prefix that reflects personality would be really neat)

some suffixes, though i do really like -branch:

-moon

-shine, -glow, -bloom (for their growth as a clan cat)

-heart, -stone (for being strongwilled and diligent)

my favorite combos: Hollybranch, Olivemoon, Midnightmoon, Bravestone, Quietheart, Softshine

What do you think of the prefix ghost-? He’s a grey cat with off white masking and off white tail so I was thinking Ghosttail or Ghostface as a warrior name?

I love it! I like both of those names and I think Ghost- can be a cute and versatile prefix, especially for an ex-loner or kittypet. : ) I think from that description I might go with Ghostface, but they’re both good!

Alrighty- So I have 2 OCS that I don’t know what their suffixes should be. The first had the prefix Rose-. She’s pale pink with red cheek markings. She’s very happy-go-lucky, and has a special connection to Starclan. The second is her sister, who has the prefix Apple- she’s dark red, and a huge grump, and very tired. She has a special connection to the dark forest. Got any ideas?

I wish I had more info about their personalities!! But from what’s here, I can suggest a couple.

For Apple-:

leave me alone. fawn, we had two conversations, months apart, over a year ago. you ship a pairing involving a character who by her own admission thinks the kid she met when he was 12 is too young for her with said 12 year old, who only later turns 13. this makes me uncomfortable. by doing this and by associating with people who ship things like sheith, you are a pedophile apologist. you are. they are not a sophomore and a freshman in high school, they met outside of a school context and dipper is likely an 8th grader while wendy is likely a sophomore.

youve willfully misgendered my friend and youve spread lies about me, including accusing me of harassing you, being interested in the sex lives of children, and sending you suicide bait. this all was after we hadnt spoken at all for over 3 months. i want nothing to do with you. this is my first point of direct contact with you in over a year now (and no, a post i made telling you to leave me alone after you made the coirp blog does not count).

EDIT: Update as of 4/21/2019

As it turns out, Bay took on a new identity to come into my server during our last application period, from November 30th to December 4th. She pretended to be “spark-lex” and was a member of the server from December 2nd to February 26th, at which point she was kicked for inactivity after attempts to reach her had been made and left unanswered for weeks.

Today, still pretending to be Lex, she attempted to regain access to the server to continue spying on us. Below are screenshots.

Doesnt the poll that's on the Warriors site about Rootpaw's warrior name have -spirit as one of the options? It looks like the Erins have at least considered using it for other characters based on that

Can someone please explain how fans using the suffix -spirit is disrespectful when using -heart, the suffix given for her human parents isn't. I get not doing anything with the characters, but this sounds a lot like using gatekeeping to shame kids for not reading every book or plays that are inaccessible after the website change. (Shiningheart, Braveheart and Brightspirit btw)

I don’t want to get into name discourse, but I think there is a difference between using a suffix only used once (-spirit) and a suffix used often, including for the first main character of the series (-heart).

I think anon’s heart was in the right place but their wording was clumsy. It’s good to point these things out (that -spirit was a suffix used in honor/memory of a fan who passed away) especially when the first anon asked for help picking a name. I do agree with your sentiment that we shouldn’t shame young fans for not having known, though.
