Hi first of all you don’t need to answer this if it’s overstepping limits, I don’t mean to start anything I just genuinely want to know (as a newer user here) if there’s anything I should be careful about when interacting with the emote community?

i don't mind answering at all! i personally choose not to interact within the community because there is almost always some sort of drama going on inside it.

overall, my own + many others experiences have not been great due to people within the community showing parasocial behaviours towards creators and harassing others

in no way is this post meant to scare you off i promise just be careful interacting within the community!! and who knows, your experiences with it could turn to be perfectly fine, just stating our own :]

(tl;dr — there are a lot of accounts of parasocial behaviours and harassment within the emote community)
