I'd truly be the worst person to stick into a timeloop because I'd really just spend the first 5 years catching up on my book tbr, the next 7 on all the movies and shows that've Been On My List for ages, and then another decade on ao3. like sure nothing may stick but my memories will and i can just go into a supermarket to get snacks and wine each day, and i have art to indulge in. like thanks for the hints on how to get out but respectfully, I am busy

Ok, this house is weird. Firstly, I was wondering what was up w/the garage door.

Turns out it's a mirror. Built in 1955 in Palm Springs, CA, it's been remodeled and you must see the choices. 3bds, 3ba, 2,319 sq ft, $1,499,999.

Check out the floor, like a mass murder scene.

Conversation pit decorated with a sofa and tables. Was this once a hot tub?

The stains continue throughout the kitchen.

Two lone side chairs in a corner.

Gray cement walls in the kitchen.

Cement dining table. I think it's built-in. It also appears to have a convenient electrical outlet.

It's such a huge space to fill. The sun is casting shadows, but it looks like there are steps here.

There's a shower room here, but it's open. At least the shower & toilet are behind a wall.

The bedrooms and baths have floors that look watercolor stained. Interesting how they put the bed partly under the arch.

The ensuite is big, but so sparse and spread out. I would've expected a sink under the neon mirror. This is so ugly.

The secondary bedroom is plain and has floating nightstands installed.

The primary bedroom has folding doors to the patio.

Out by the pool, it looks like they repainted the statues pink and black, themselves. The lamp is broken.

As part of the 3 things to do to gain trust, the first is "be honest, even if it means telling a self-righteous windbag that her breath smells like a cesspool"

Vi does exactly that when she runs back into Cait. She is honest to Cait's face and doesn't hold back and it starts with "on the job, I see" before she tells Cait she's rich, unhinged and a mongoose (a mongoose is a small terrestrial carnivorous mammal). So that's a pretty honest insult.

And I started to wonder if Vi did this on purpose, as it's step 1 for her trust gaining, to see how Caitlyn would respond.

The fact that Caitlyn responds in exactly the same way to insult (or be honest, rather) Vi's hair...

... and if we look closely, Vi smiles about Cait's response. It was enough reason for her to tick that first box and means she can probably still trust Caitlyn here. She even uses "cupcake" because there's hope that Caitlyn hasn't all changed and there's still a bond here.

It's almost like it was a test to see if Vi can still recognise the Cait she fell for or not. And she does.
