“I try lass,” he said with a hearty chuckle. “Cuttin’ back on the drink does help though!”
“Sounds like a plan to me,” Felicia said after wiping her eyes. “Let me just...” she trailed off as she went over to the stove to give the stew one good stir and put it on low heat. “Alright, I’m ready,” she said.
She was startled a little when Morven moved over to her and linked arms with her. “Why so surprised Lass?” he asked with a chuckle and a grin. She couldn’t find the words to answer him with so she simply huffed as she started to blush.
Lisa covered her mouth with a hand to muffle her laughter. After a few moments she cleared her throat and pointed towards the door. “Alright everyone, follow me to the Rec room!” she said before heading towards the door. “I’m almost certain we’ll find three more of the team there.”
Adette had lead her fellow teammates through the corridors of 2Fort, Ilsa and Mina saying closest behind her as the group attempted to keep up with her noticeably quickening pace. The Sandvich Medic had no idea if her letter had been received those few months ago by her kamerads, or even if they were still around, and if they were...would they even recognize her in her current state? Adette began calling out to them, determined to find out.
Lisa had been playing a light, fluttery tune on her clarinet, taking a break from paperwork, when she thought she heard someone calling out for her and the others. She paused in her melody and stepped outside her office and cupped a hand around her ear so she could listen better.
When she heard her name again, it sounded closer than before. She went back into her office for a moment so she could put away her clarinet properly, as well as redo her tie. Once that was done she left her office and began to walk in the direction she had heard the voice. It had a familiar ring to it, but she couldn’t quite figure out the reason yet.
When Lisa rounded the corner she stopped. She had caught sight of a small group of people walking together. She wondered if they were new, lost, or visiting, or even some mix of the three. However, when she saw the leader of the little group she went wide-eyed. She looked different, and yet…”Neko?” she called out a little uncertain. “Is that you?”

Lisa chuckled once more and nodded. “I would be honored to cook for you!” she said with a big smile.
Felicia was a little started when Adette jumped out but it was soon forgotten when she realized who she was seeing. “Neko, my dear friend!” she said as she moved over to her and hugged her. “I’m always happy to feed more people, but it has been far too long since we’ve last seen each other!” she said trying to hold back tears of her own. “I’ve missed you too,” she said softly.
“Hello lasses an’ welcome!” Morven greeted cheerfully as he turned to face everyone. He waved with a grin as he got a good look. “An’ aye. The smell is torture while waitin’ for it to be done,” he said with a chuckle and then looked more at Adette. “It’s a pleasant surprise t’ be seein’ ya again lass an’ wonderful t’ know that you’re doin’ well!”
Lisa simply smiled and placed her hands behind her back as she watched like the others. She couldn’t wait to see the others reactions as well. Although she was concerned that she might have to keep Ronnie in check, she would deal with it when the time time.

”Alright! That sounds like a plan!” Lisa said excitedly and chuckled a little at the scout’s excited reaction too. “Oh, and I’ve learned how to cook an’ back more so I’ll have to make something for you to try as well! It may not be as good as Felicia’s but considering that a few years ago I couldn’t really do anything? I’m happy.”
Lisa couldn’t help but giggle too. “Yeah, death by hug does sound like a good way to go. Especially from a great friend!” she said. She was slightly started when Adette grabbed her arm and started running. She grinned and started to run as well. She lead them through the halls until they reached the kitchen. After holding up a hand to signal everyone to stop she peeked in the doorway.
She could see Felicia tending to something at the stove and Morven sitting at the table watching her. Lisa smiled and motioned for them to follow as she went inside. “Hey you two! We’ve got some company,” she said.
“Oh?” Felicia said as she turned with a smile. “Well, they’re just in time then! I’m making some stew and, as always, there’s plenty to go around,” she said and chuckled.

(I caved and made a gemsona, which kinda became three. Since the main one made more sense as a fusion. I think I just like designing characters, haha.
So yeah there’s Snow Quartz whose weapon is a chakram, and Black Oynx who has a cloak of invisibility for their weapon and together they make Snowflake Obsidian who has a scrying crystal, using a snowflake obsidian of course, as their weapon.
It may be hard to tell but Black Onyx does have two eyes, she’s just winking.
d3dans I was that excited anon earlier. Thought you would like to see.)

"Yeah. I’m glad when things turn out for the better," she said softly and then looked back towards the others. "You’re welcome! I think the others will be glad to see some new faces too," she said with a smile before looking back at Adette.
"Yep! I’m not sure when the wedding is, but I’m really happy for the two of them," she said. "I kinda wish they were still here so you could see how cute they are together sometimes. Audwin is really caring and protective of her. Though sometimes he still needs to try to remember to eat," she said with a little chuckle.
Lisa smiled brightly and giggled. “It’s still as delicious as ever! I’m sure she’ll love to have some of your sandwiches again too, I know I missed them,” she said. “Oh and I think Morven has been trying not to drink as much as he used to lately, but he’s still as cheerful as he used to be.”
"Grigori? He’s doing well. He’s still pretty much a giant teddy bear when we’re not having a battle. I think he’ll be very happy to see you again," she said with a soft smile. "We’ll just have to make sure he doesn’t hug the life out of you though."

"I’m so glad that you’re alright!" Lisa said as she hugged her in return. "Most of us are still here and I’m sure they’ll be really happy to see you too!" added. When Adette broke the hug and motioned to the others, Lisa took the time to wipe her own eyes. She then waved in return. "Welcome to the base," she said with a smile.
She looked at Adette once more when she took her hands and spoke. “I think I know where everyone is, but there’s two we won’t find right now. Audwin and Shams are away at the moment. They’re planning their wedding. You’d be so proud of Audwin too! He’s changed a lot since you last saw him, he may still not be too social and he’s still stubborn but he’s much warmer and caring now. And! He and I get along much, much, better now,” she said with a little chuckle.
"I’ll tell you more about that later, though. For now let’s go find the others! I’m pretty sure Felicia and Morven are in the kitchen, so lets head there first," she said and began to lead Adette and her group along. "And maybe Felicia will have some fresh cookies ready, and if not…well…seeing all of you may prompt her to make some!" she added with a chuckle.

Lisa couldn't help but smile widely while tearing up as well. She was so overjoyed to see her old friend once more and grateful that she was still alive. "Welcome back! I've missed you so much!" she said as she ran to meet her arms open and ready for a hug.
There were many things going through Lisa's mind. So many fond memories she had of the Sandvich Medic and the many things she could wait to share. It was all bubbling up with in her making her want to giggle and smile even more than she was already. It had been quite awhile since Lisa had felt this happy and she didn't want the feeling to leave.
Adette had lead her fellow teammates through the corridors of 2Fort, Ilsa and Mina saying closest behind her as the group attempted to keep up with her noticeably quickening pace. Cecania had been trying to rest, but something had woke her up. She shivered slightly as she looked outside at the lightly falling snow. She could hear bits of a conversation going on but she was lost in thought. It was one of those occasions where she found herself trying to think of her past
It was odd for her to find herself thinking about it. She had told herself before that her past didn't matter that much. That it was alright that she couldn't remember anything. Cecania had a family now, and she learned a lot from them. However, there were times she would wonder about her lost memories. If they had been wiped on purpose or if it was really just a side affect of what had happened to her.
She knew it was probably for the better that she didn't remember. And yet she would sometimes get these nagging feelings. She wondered if it was because of where they were that these thoughts were surfacing again. If perhaps the rumored spirits knew something about her that she didn't know or couldn't remember.
[Erebos' Prelude AU] Cerulean Blue Romance
"Do you love him?"
Margaretha’s thoughts were cut off and glanced at Darcia, who had woken up from her sleep a few hours later. She looked pale and weak, as if ready to pass on anytime soon. In her hand was a beautiful, oval-shaped blue pendant that she seemed to cherish very much.
"Who?" She asked, feigning ignorance about the matter.
"The one you’re talking about with Prima?"
She hitched a breath. So she heard that one eh?
"I don’t know." She was perfectly honest with that. She neither loved or hated the demon for falling head over hills on her, and impregnating her with children. She will not wait for him to go back but she will protect the children with her life, it it’s going to be the last thing that she will do.
"I love mine though!" Darcia giggled softly. Well, that came out of nowhere.
"May I know who that is?" Margaretha asked, curious about the man who had caught her eyes.
"Marcel!"
The woman’s eyes widened as soon as she heard the name. It’s the son of the infamous demon tyrant! And how!
"The new demon king…has set his eyes on you!?" Margaretha said in bewilderment. She had never thought that things will be different when the youngster inherited the throne in less than an hour.

- A letter arrives at BLU base -
--
Lisa read of the letter for the fifth time with happy tears in her eyes. It was had to believe it had been so long already but hearing from an old and dear friend made her happy. She couldn't wait to share the letter with Grigori, Felicia, Jane, Ronnie and the others. She was almost certain that they would be happy as well. Lisa set the letter down for the moment and quickly finished the rest of her paperwork. Then with the letter in hand she began to search for the others.

Aldrich was brought out of his thoughts by a grey cat pouncing on his shoulder. He sighed, partly in relief, when he noticed the note in it's mouth. "Adina...you know better zan to pounce on me vithout varning," he said softly as he took the note with one hand and scratched behind her ears with the other. "I vonder vhat mozer vants..." he said as he flipped the note open and read it.
His brows furrowed as he continued reading. His mother had been letting him know what was going on within the Council while he was gone. He slowly shook his head and looked at his mother's familiar. "You know Adina, if zey vould stop trying to compare him to his fazer und trying to get him to act more like him, zey might actually get somevhere," he said softly. She simply purred and nuzzled her head under his chin.
"Ja, ja...you don't care about zat, you just vonder if I have a treat for you," he said with a chuckle. "You're lucky," he added as he reached in his pocket to get one for her. She meowed softly and took the treat from his hand. Aldrich then magically altered the note to give his response and a current report of the situation to his mother. "Alright Adina, back to mozer," he said as he held up the note to her. With a meow she took the note and jumped off his shoulder.
[Erebos' Prelude AU] Cerulean Blue Romance
"His name is Aldrich Fleischer, one of the demon clan’s influential families," Raul corrected his brother, Shilo after they met in an intersection. "Und? What did you get from him?"
"The delights of a casual conversation without any threats!" Shilo said in a chipper tone. "I know we should not be easy against other creature clans but right now, protecting the whole city is more important than inter-clan civil wars. You and I both know that." he added, swinging the pole axe in hand.
"You could have extracted more information about the culprit, you know." The older Schwarzschild frowned.

"Zat is true, perhaps ve'll end up battling togezer at some point." he said as he watched him stand once more. He raised a brow at the additional info that Shilo shared with him. "A new scent or two? Interesting..." he mused with a hint of a grin showing. "See you around Volf! Don't get yourself killed out zere, it vould be such a shame!" he called out as Shilo took off.
Aldrich waited until he was out of sight. "Am I really going to be a fazer?" he asked himself as he thought about it. "Vhat am I zinking? Of course I am!" he said with a satisfied smirk as he began to walk. After a minute or so, however, his smirk faded as he recalled everything he had been told. "Verdammt! Zey are going to try und kill her und our children! Ach, Aldi you irresponsible fool! How are you going to solve zis one?"
[Erebos' Prelude AU] Cerulean Blue Romance
Shilo laughed heartily at their current situation. “Well, if he appears then we’ll just have to kill him or something! The whole community wants him dead for years now. I want his hands off my town too, so we all have a common ground here. Ah, but I’ve got to go,” He stood and dusted himself off, sneezing at the amount of dirt and rubble surrounding them.
"Before I go though, let me tell you a secret," The wolf’s eyes glinted maliciously for a bit, partnered with an all-knowing smile. "We passed by each other this morning and I must say…I sensed something else within her. Oh ja, I know! A new scent! Or maybe two…" he trailed off, staring idly at the demon. "What do you think? Could it be? Hmm…" He chuckled.
"Gotta go, Richter!" Shilo spun around and began to jog back to his patrol.
