I have a serious need to play Dolores Umbridge, do you think it would be possible to apply for her even though she hasn't got a bio up?

Sadly, we only accept apps for characters that we’ve written bios for. She might be a character here in a second batch, but for now, I have to say no. I really hope you might find another character, though!!

It says in the audition that we can send a mock blog as an extra. Sorry to sound like a newb, but could you possibly explain what that is? I've never seen it on an app before. D:

Sure! A mock blog is a sideblog ( preferably a primary blog ) on which you reblog quotes, pictures and other musings/inspirations for your desired character. It’s actually quite similar to a pinterest board, but just located on tumblr. Besides, if your mock blog’s a primary blog, you can easily use your mock blog as your character’s account once you’ve been accepted. 

So, mock blog = (primary) blog where your quotes, inspirations and pictures are located for one of your desired muses. I’ve made several of them before. You can find one here.

I'm mobile at the moment my apologies but what is your policy with members applying for a second character?

A second character can be applied for once you’ve been active for two weeks with constant activity with your first character ( which means posting replies regularly and you were not  on the activity check ).

if we sent memes or drabbles, could we send them as if they're from an open character? For example could we send a meme anonymously to someone but write "from x" [i.e. from a connection pre-written or something]? Gah, I hope that makes sense

No, that’s not possible. Memes can only be send from your character to another one, who is taken as well! For example a meme I send (via Sofiya) also involved Sofiya and the other taken character, no one else.

For those of us who are already members, how are we meant to remain active until we actual open? Realistically there is only so much plotting we can do before talking ourselves in circles, but I love my character and don't want to be "unfollowed" because I haven't been around [I have, I lurk I swear].

You won’t get unfollowed in the meantime! No activity checks will be held until we’ve actually opened. We’d love all of you to stick around until we actually do. Of course there’s nothing we can do right now, but I sincerely hope you’ll stay with us. So don’t worry at all: there’s no activity required until we actually open! If you want to you can also send out memes and receive them, but it’s not necessary!

When will you be accepting again?

We’re not sure yet, but depending on how many apps we get, we might accept in 1 - 2 weeks! This being said -- it really depends on our appcount. If we get a decent amount of apps, we’ll definitely accept in one week, if not we’ll accept in two weeks. ( But no more than that, I’d say! )

He’d actually make a great alternative for him, definitely! He’s so underused and really works for him! Great choice!

So I'm not sure what to do for my para sample for Remus. Anything you might like to see?

Write about his struggle as a turned werewolf and his guilt of having bitten his former girlfriend

describe the relationship he has with other Order members, now that there are four different fractions fighting for a different cause. Does Remus agree with everything? Does he have second thoughts? If he doesn’t, why not?

As a soldier, Remus has to be capable of controlling himself -- describe a day between him and another character in which they’re training or talking about the war. What’s his goal? Is there someone he wants to protect? What would he sacrifice in order to keep those he loves safe?

I keep eyeing this place and will probably try an application in the coming days. Heh. I just am torn between a few different characters so haven't decided on one (though I am kind of partial to my son trashbastan). But, I also am suffering from a cold at the moment so any application I write will be ick right now.

And foreign students! ( which are now all grown up and ready to either join good or bad -- or already pledged their allegiance to one of them. ). I can hardly wait!
